What's the ideal amount of sex per week for you? Also note if it's multiple rounds eg) one girl one meeting in the night and you ejaculate 3 times it counts as sex 3 times.

I think for me it's about once a night. I'm rarely motivated to go multiple rounds on a girl and I usually just do it out of insecurity to keep her around. Different girl same night different story though. So 7 times a week? Could possibly say 14 if it was two different girls a night but haven't tried it so speculation. Might give it a go actually. Preferably with a different partner every time. I'm a novelty junky for sex. I rarely do this though as I feel it's a bit excessive. Usually week for me is 4-6 times but with multiple rounds in there. (stacking dates in one night) and days off.

Have you found the amount of sex you have improves your game? Be it too much or too little?

We both have high sex drives. I'm in my late 30's. I think the ideal amount is different for everyone. Prior to NPNF, I would have been content with once a month (and would have considered that being "one of the lucky guys").

Is there anything you think you do specifically to trigger this? I don't necessarily want to want to have sex that often but I think sexual energy being high is very useful.

The big problem impeding quantity (assuming you're not satisfied by quickies, and I am not) is that it crowds out the ability to do anything else with your time. As far as how often I have sex. I owe it to some of you man-to-man to clarify this so you don't try to follow my footsteps.

yeah I'm the same way. I think there's different kinds of libidos. I'm very dopamine based so for me novelty gets me aroused the most hence why I have a really high notch count. It depends on what my rotation looks like. Since I'm in a new city none of my current plates have ascended the LTR/mini-LTR ladder yet.
