Exaggerated beta game sounds super fun. I had to walk around and pace a little before typing this response, I got so excited. I play games like this--though much stupider--all the time to keep things interesting.

My fear is that I have a couple of rotationers™ who I would never get rid of if I did this, so I have to use it carefully. I cooked a gourmet-ass dinner for a girl the other day because I was super hungry after busting and I could see the look in her eyes change from normal to relationship. Truth be told, the Tuth is an amazing catch.

I going to give my implementation plan for this Beta Testing™ some thought and report back.

PS: It's nice to see the originator of Was This Beta? back among our ranks. I thought we lost him for good.

I'm doing it now. This is alot harder than I thought. I just asked some girl for her friends number after she walked away and asked if she thought she would go out with me. I'm going to follow her for a bit then get her a gift

Some random ideas I've come up with so far:

1. Bring a camera to a date and start snapping mad pictures, so "you can remember this (magical) night forever."

2. Ask if you can come cook dinner for her and her (ugly-ass) roommates some time (on your own dime).

3. Bring her a mix CD on your first date.

4. Try to hold her hand while walking from place to place.

5. Ask if she "would give you the chance to maybe see her again."

6. At end of the night, say, "I don't want to ruin this perfect night by rushing into anything." Don't kiss her. Shake her hand.

7. Put her hand on your chest and tell her to feel your heartbeat.

8. Close your eyes while she's talking. When she asks why, tell her you're "imagining our future together."

8. Sigh a lot.

10. Say "Did I tell you you're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen?" a few times.

11. Write her a poem or song that you perform publicly on your date.

Pretty much do everything that Michael Scott from the Office would do.

1) Deeply stare into her eyes and tell how beautiful she is continually.

2) Buy her scented candles and massage oils and beg for her to let you give her a massage later.

3) Send her flowers at home/work the day after the date.

4) Text her constantly, be her pen pal. Make sure you ask her everyday when you can see her again.

5) Make sure your first date is dinner and a movie, with the only escalation and kino being you lightly petting her hand during the movie.

6) Tell her more than one story about how much you love your mom.

This is a lot of work. I'm noticing that you will have to travel about an hour to meet girls from online as opposed to nearby. I got one willing to meet in Lakeland which is an hour away.

I spent the better portion of last year driving all over the DC Metro area. I'm talking 60+ miles just to go and hang out somewhere. I live 30mins south east of DC, all the cool shit is IN DC or on the other side of the beltway.

So yes. Logistics for me is pure shite and it's always in the back of my mind.

Yeah, my enthusiasm for this waned considerably when your related your shitty results. My plan is on indefinite suspension until I figure out a way to do this effectively.

It's an important exercise to redraw the fine line between alpha and beta periodically. I think this exercise is good for calibrating that internal machinery.

This is the second time that I remember reading about you shoving foreign objects from around the house in chicks' cooches. Is this a thing for you mech?

I'm getting less inclined to holding doors open for women in E Europe, they never say thank you anyway, different ball game here.

I'm even bumping into women in the street and not saying anything, i never say thank you in a shop etc unless they do.
