When one considers that Aniston is only ~5 years out from menopause. She's doing alright.
I'm sure she uses everything under the sun to appear youthful (Botox etc.) Yet she's not what I would consider a wall victim for that age.

Interestingly, most of the news articles run with a photo of her that is 20 years old. A few 10 years old.

I don't wish her ill, but the wall is real and she did not deal with it well. And there is little mention in the articles of what her suicide will do to her daughter, but tons of women posting how getting their first Kate Spade designer purse was a landmark in their life!?

The mental illness etc to me is just a cop out or excuse for looking frumpy and overweight and not dealing wtih the wall. It doesn't matter that you are a self-made millionaire, the wall applies to you as well.

I was facebook stalking a girl I knew in college today.

AMAZING to look at the changes in body shape from ages 16 to 25. Facially, she is mostly the same. But at age 16/17, had beautiful rounded hips, perfectly flat stomach, high firm breasts, etc.

Now at age 25? Would still absolutely bang, but the body shape is changing dramatically for the worse. The perfect hip to waist ratio is disappearing, the boobs are beginning to sag....this is a very well off white girl BTW. She is lean enough to have visible abs.

My guess is the body changes have to do mainly with hormones. Some women are probably hormonally and physically ready for pregnancy around age 15 to 16, and in most eras of human history would have kids then. But then you get some late bloomers, who finish developing ~5 years later than the earlier ones.

Worth noting that women today begin ovulation WAY earlier than in past eras. So the 15 year olds of today have levels of development that should be present in 20 year olds, but synthetic estrogens cause much earlier puberty for women.

The 10-year school reunion is always an eye opener. And that's just girls who haven't had children yet. I was basically a beefed-up manlier version of my high school self. They were washed-up overweight has-beens who looked like they could be my aunts. No surprise they struggled to disguise their thirst, especially after a couple of drinks.

Ironically the token lesbian was the one who stood the test of time the best, thanks to her active lifestyle and not using makeup.

Hip-sizes began to shrink for women in the 1950s for some "strange reason".

Of course it's all based on certain chemicals used in food, water treatment, packages and even ingredients given in animal feed and pesticides used on plants.

And to anyone claiming that this is absolute necessary misses the alternative methods out there.





Most of those changes regarding women make them also more masculine, more aggressive, less fertile, less feminine. And in reverse we have the opposite factors working on men. The only thing increasing was the mass muscular size in some populations like Americans where hormones are used readily in animal feed lot operations. But that is no trade-off really. Those things increase cancer rate and have various other side-effects. If men wanted to put on muscle, then they could self-medicate later in life with some hormones, but doing it en masse for the entire population only creates other problems like obesity with few using it to build more muscle.
