I think you've just proven the fallacy... "born in 90's". As you can see the above were all very successful but to be "great" takes multiple years of performance. So likely 90's candidates include: people like Justin Bieber, Kristen Stewart, Jennifer Lawrence... Etc. shit even Blake Griffin was born in 1989 which is pushing it. Point is you're asking me to name someone in advance that is great 10 years before it happens. Most the famous people born in the 90's will likely be women as of 2012.

Not to mention the death fallacy in the 90's statement. Many people get famous post death but that's a whole different level of fallacy in "greatness"

as far as rap goes, you should check out j. cole. he definitely have the heart and charisma you want. he's from the hood and made it out. he went to st. johns on an academic scholarship. graduated and then pursued a rap career. he write his own lyrics, produce his songs and produce songs for other people, including jay z and fashawn. he's the first artist signed to jay z's new label roc nation and he's a ladies man. he's around my age, which is 26.

and as far as sport.. chris paul got a lot of heart. not only is he arguably the best point guard in the league he do a lot for the community.

I guess here is my point.

The younger generation (80's and 90's babies) have not created any revolution.

When I was a kid, we hated older people. We wanted to destroy them in every way shape and form.

The younger generations have just followed suit.

The last decade was horrible. The worst yet. I wrote about it here:

The fact that I can roll out and dominate nightlife and have younger kids look up to me is testament to that.

You're essentially frustrated with the "follow the leader" attitude in the younger generation and I agree but also point out we are on a blog started by a man likely born well right around 1980. My goal isn't to idolize but improve faster, no different than paying for my dance/language teachers. I could care less if the dude bangs 10's all day, I'm wayy too hedonistic.

Dude when I was in highschool we would smoke cigs weed and drink beer in the courtyard at lunch. I've been thrown out of class for being too drunk or high many times. Also we all built hot rods. Even the nerd kids took a jab at it. I had a Vega with a de-stroked 350 with 12.5 pistons and a huge cam that would shake the windows of the school when I was 16. What happened to that?????????

Simply put G. You're frustrated young guys don't want to destroy you by taking girls. However, you are unwilling to help young men eventhough you supposidly want to. That's the contradiction. If you think I am contacting older dudes because I want my hand held you're nuts. I'm disgustingly competitive.

So basically the issue is you want to help but yet you won't because you believe they are pussies and unable to improve. Oh for sure; between helicopter parents (and every two-set of parents has at least one), the FOX News hysteria machine, the Internet and Video games, it's no wonder child obesity numbers are where they're at; why play outside when you can rock some level ups on WoW? Why hang out with your friends when you can IM them? Why try to bang girls when there's readily-available internet porn? Kids today have everything and nothing.

I really think that there's sort of a bell-curve effect that'll happen with young boys; the ones who are pussies will become bigger pussies, while the ones who are alpha thugs will be more alpha and thuggish.

El mech I agree with that "reaching out" is trying to basically convert a guy who doesn't "get it". I don't reach out unless asked for advise as well, seems easy. But to say my entire generation is pussies even I am not going to take that on a forum. I will absolutely destroy my body/lifestyle to get what I want so the commentary is almost a direct insult. I may not get into "bar fights" but I sure as shit won't be walked over and I'll happily burn the midnight oil to do what needs to be done.

Great, but time is too short for me to convince my boring co-workers to dump their television and top 40s music for pounding sand to meet fly girls. I'd rather do it solo versus waste time convincing the young generation as you described. Waste of time. This is all part of the reason why I already pm'd you regarding game and don't care about buying a few drinks it's whatever to me, I'll undoubtedly learn something. I stopped trying to convince my friends about getting a life, I dropped them and kept the rare few who get it.
