I found this little interview quite interesting:





My personal observations:

+ the Japanese were always more open and liberal about sex - the lack of any Judeo-Christian-Muslim mindset made them that way - porn was sold openly when the GIs came to Japan

That almost never happens. She's just trying to create the illusion that sex work doesn't attract the dregs of society.

Korea also did not have Islam or Judeo Christian values for centuries and developed alongside Japan - sometimes as a repressed colony. Even today the internet is tightly controlled and to my knowledge porn and porn production is mostly illegal, though prostitution has always been somewhat tolerated.

Japan is just weird. And if that Japanese girl made that kind of coin while significantly diminishing her chance to find a beta bux guy to support her and still needs to work, she's doing it wrong.
