This debate always turns into those who kill it online and those who do poorly. It makes sense those who grew up with not ideal genetics have always turned to game to punch above their weight in terms of pure SMV.

Naturally when they go online and find out their success is a fraction of what they can do in real life they assume other guys have it just as bad. Fact is if you look like Tom Brady you can have the shittiest text game and girls will jump all over you. In both real life AND online. The difference now is you can now multiply the amount of targets.

Back before Tinder, you'd go out and get one 1-2 solid targets after a night out. $100 poorer and nasty hangover. Nowadays, you can chat with 15 targets and run the exact same text game with better results.

Yes i have met plenty of girls who get hit on in real life and have plenty of suitors lined up, but they need their side fun fling. Discretion is huge in Asia. Top Tier talent exists but they are there to hunt for top tier talent. So if you aren't getting eyeballed in real life, chances are you're gonna get bad results online.

In real life they may be surrounded by betas at work. And think about it, if you get cold approached by a stranger at a coffee shop vs checking his online social media via Tinder, I'd wager a top tier girl would be comfortable enough with the later option.

Now if you belong to the 80% of guys who aren't meant for online game, you'd be wise to stop spinning your wheels and delete your app. But fact is, online game is here to stay, espeically those in Gen Z who've grown up with the internet their whole life.

If you want access to young hotties, you gotta step up your online game or be left out. Anyways some helpful tips:

1. Age (If you are 30+ LIE and put 27/28 if you can pull it off. Very few top tier girls will date more then a few years older then yourself besides a few niche girls).

2. Pick a good photo. If your lacking in that department pick a photo that showcases your lifestyle. Don't be a dweeb and put some generic photo, that only works if you have good genetics.

3. If you are under 6', don't put your height. Don't mention it and have your photos look above average height.

4. Don't go on dates with girls over 29. They are harder to put out and more experienced in giving out shit tests. I set my age range to under 25 only.

5. Get them off Tinder ASAP, get their line / whatsapp / number and go from there.

6. Ask for a video chat prior to meeting them or ask for a full body selfie. You may have to initiate first. This way you can weed out the SIFs.

7. For god sakes don't get oneitis on any of these online hoes. The more options you got the better your results will be.

8. Don't go on dates with 5's. They have the worst attitude cause they've been pumped and dumped so many times so their shields are up. At around 6.5+ I notice a softening of attitudes.

9. Finally, its a numbers game. You NEED to have a copy and paste template and formula to get them to hang out. Many girls won't play along, just drop them. I have almost 1000 LINE accounts on my phone.

I hate to tell you guys this, but there is definitely a form of disqualification for short guys. I'd be lying if I told you that a 5'5 guy can run around and slay nothing but dimes with ease, as long as your game is strong enough and your pictures on Tinder are solid.

The reality is that us short guys can do well for ourselves, but it takes more effort.

In some sense, being short has been a benefit because it's made me up my fitness, style, and game. I can hold my own anywhere, with anyone. I've been told countless times "I don't think of you as short." Part of that is because I have a "larger than life" personality, which I had to develop.

On the other hand, you have to be realistic.

Some women simply aren't attracted to short guys, no matter how charismatic, rich, fit, or awesome you are. When you're 5'5, competing for the same girl with a dude who is 6'3 and looks like he plays tight end for the Dallas Cowboys is a challenge. Anyone who tells you differently is selling something. Women are physically attracted to tall, physically fit men. Just like us men are attracted to slim, feminine women. It is what it is.

All that aside, I've never let height hold me back. However, I have found investing tons of time into swiping apps does not give me a good return on my investment. For me, that time is better spent reading game or going out and talking to women in person. They're usually past the "height thing" within the first minute or two of our conversation.

My practical advice...

My experience is that age filters won't even get you on the radar of younger girls from what I have seen on most of the 'traditional' apps. I've done the tests myself as have other thats why i'm asking what specific site are you using and what age do you set? I have no problem getting matches but I won't match with younger girls if I don't set my age to around 30 or younger. If I set it higher they won't match....in fact they won't even see it. This has nothing to do with limiting beliefs....I match with women based on what age I put down. This is why i am curious if you are close to 45 how you are even matching with younger girls on a consistent basis without shaving off 15 years on your profile unless you are using a different app or are in a metro that is different than what i have seen for matching.

Yes. One thing I do when I look for an apartment is immediately check if there's a bar within 5-10 minutes walking distance. This is key to online game and keeps time sink to absolute minimum.

Most people are still meeting in traditional ways (social circle, work, or on a drunken social outing). Internet dating is an awkward contrivance that is not suited to developing a substantive relationship (or even a MLTR) because the "first date" often requires a snap judgement to be made, and most girls have too much choice in the arena to wait for something to develop if they don't feel it right off the bat. Sometimes you'll meet a chick who is DTF - or a rare situation where you are just her exact physical type (and she's a few points below you in SMV) that she ends up chasing you.

For the most part, dates-to-nowhere are common, even if you have your logistics set.

The bolded part is totally ridiculous, it is overcompensating and women and by the way everyone smell that.

My advice is. If you dont give a damn about your height, nobody will give a damn about it too.

I've never complained about being short.

Like I've said countless times, it is what it is.

Is it a SMV disadvantage? Yes.

Will it completely inhibit your ability to meet hot women? Absolutely not.

These are my observations, and what's helped me get ahead of it.

See, and this is the thing. Short is one of the few things you can't really fix. If you're fat, you can lose weight. If you're skinny you can gain weight. If you're poor, you can pretend to be rich or make more money. But your height is immediately glaring and something you can only compensate for by a few inches (i.e., wear boots, inserts, etc.). Now it's practically "required" on online dating sites.

I'm saying this from experience. Some women definitely do disqualify men based on height. I wish I could tell everyone different, that women won't disqualify you over height if your game is solid enough, but it's not the truth.

It's not a complaint, it's not a rant, it's just a reality.

What can we do? Acknowledge it, accept it, and adapt.

We can either be forced to accept the confines of our genetics, or excel in other areas.

I choose the latter.

No one uses Okcupid anymore, again everyone has migrated to Bumble / Tinder / swipe apps. Why would a hotties use OKC where she would get flooded with messages rather then the guys shes interested in. Only girls left on OKC are the bottom of the barrel.

The results I've seen are the same across Bumble and Tinder. I used OkCupid because I can provide statistical evidence on how many matches will be dropped based on age because it has an advanced search. When i changed my Tinder age to 30 the girls under 25 go through the roof but not if my age in upper 30s.

I agree with you OkCupid is shit compared to what it was 7 years ago.
