There's a chick at work who shows some IOIs, and I think that she's down.
Usually in situations like this I'd flip the script and start taking care of the seduction process and the girl would lose interest.
What's the correct spiel in this case? I'm thinking about leaning back and waiting till she'll seduce me, however I think that the window of opportunities would close while I'm waiting.
Any ideas?

If she chase you it means you do it right and don't have do do anything but ask her out and escalate. But from what you said she does not chase you. She is just somehow attracted.
