As someone who is personally affected, pay wise, by this shutdown I say...

Hold the fucking line. Do not budge, do not give an inch, do not let them think they can use this tactic as a negotiating tool.

edit - for those who aren't aware. Those, like myself, that are affected by this, get backpay when the government starts up again. Sure, it sucks in the meantime. But so does have 30 million illegal immigrants sucking up my tax dollars. Hold the line.

I’m very surprised someone would actually make the case that being excited about progress exposing swamp corruption ie “the memo” is not a big deal. It’s almost like they are too stupid to understand how important it is for information to be disseminated is.

These developments are HUGE because for the first time we are seeing what the “deep state” does.

On another "oh the irony" moment.

Early this week I saw a segment on Telemundo about anchor babies, but not your typical anchor baby case, but Russian anchor baby.





The segment is original from NBC NBC News which owns Telemundo.

Based on these pictures and the fact even NBC said the cost for Russians to do this is around 100K. These people are upper class Russians and will be middle upper class by USA standard.

Liberals do not get that the requirement for plane ticket is a big different on anchor baby business, Juanita can just have an anchor baby by walking for a few days North, She does not have a ocean to cross.

Another aspect is these Russians get back to their country, they don't stay here, is a big different to central America where not just stay, but will keep having anchor babies after another.

These Russians have to pay for EVRYTHING themselves, even medical bills, while central Americans will just pass the bill to American taxpayer. You can talk to anyone that works on a hospital close to the border and they will tell you.

Given these Russians come from some wealth, I am sure they they at least have a IQ high enough, unlike many Central America poor countries where the people illegally coming into the USA have an IQ mid low 70.

I do not like the idea of anchor babies not matter what country they come from, but is hypocritical for the left pretend to be concerned about this now Russians are doing it.

Here is a liberal progressive Jimmy Dore points out the same thing. NBC will never do this about Mexicans or Ecuadorians.

The Dems took the bait and now they are the one in the crosshair, the left itself is now so deep into the open border agenda they crossed the point of not return years ago, they can't turn back even they wanted. They have become almost a foreign political party in the eyes of many American people.

Your moderate democrat will start to question who the party is suppose to represent. People here worry Trump was allowing DACA and allow legalization of illegals. I said at the time Trump wanted to show he is the one willing to compromise and Dems the one willing to shutdown the government over illegals.
