I've read a few accounts of European explorers to Polynesia who were shocked by the promisuity of the natives, with public sex and polyamory being quite common. Since we're on the topic, please allow me to explain Polynesian fatness. I think you traditional values types might be able to respect it, although you disagree with fatness in general.

In another thread, the recent college championship football game was discussed. A Hawaiian (as often happens) swooped in and saved the day. After the game he gave a shout out to Jesus and God, as well as his family.

As I explain, to these tribalistic people, loyalty to the family is as much a religion as the actual church. The two tend to meld together. Grandma and Grandpa are as important as Jesus Mary and Joseph.

Now, some Polynesians are very intent on showing their loyalty to their ancestors by emulating them. If your grandma was fat, you try to be fat. It's a way of paying homage to the family.

Everyone knows it's bad, but they do it anyway. We actually had discussions with distant relatives about not doing this. There are better ways to pay respects without completely destroying your quality of life.

I can see that Kona, it's similar to how obesity is contagious among women, if their GNO posse has fatties it will spread to the rest of of the gang. There are huge documentaries out there how and why she faked the research just as McKinsey faked his expanding the so-called promiscuity and homosexual experiences of both men and women by including prisoners. Also he at one time even included prostitutes and counted each John as a notch for women.
