Just get some sleep and go for it. Has this been a major problem in the past? And cut back on the porn in the future.

As to the general theme of the thread... If you are getting regular erections outside of interactions with women (while sleeping, in the morning, those random ones that pop up for no discernible reason), it probably isn't physical.

However, if you have noticed the general quality falling, go see a doctor! Heart disease, diabetes, MS, ALS, etc, etc. Many things can cause ED issues, outside of porn (PIED), alcohol/drugs, and age. And if it is physical, those are issues you want to address sooner rather than later. Sorry to be a downer.

I have never really lost a bang due to erection problems, but I have had some sub-par sessions because of it. I guess all men have.
