I would have looked at the contract, red ink'd it, and then write in a special line that says, "I will do what I please, when I please, and if she doesn't like it the door is right there."

Easy solution to this contract. I can tell you guys don't play video games in your mom's basement all the time only eating hot pockets and pizza rolls.

1. When she calls mute the game. Pauseand unpause immediately to follow contract.

2. Matches auto start in call of duty. Blame the technology.

3. The age old video game blow job. Not responsible for decreased playing ability.

4. Text "k" to everything she texts you while playing

5. Your dick will stand attention when she's giving you game head.

If she takes the game dump her, call police for theft, sue her for breaking contract.

I do not think this "contract" was meant anywhere near as seriously as you guys are treating it. Rule #4 gives that away.

Also, one look at his girl (solid 8 or 9) and it should be obvious that the dude isn't some gameless chode who would agree to these rules if he sensed they were meant literally.

Hahah this is kinda awesome.
Had a guy friend a few years ago that had his gf pull the exact same shit. He signed but ignored her anyway and played whenever he wanted.
About 2 months into the "contract" she gets fed up and threatens to walkout on him if he doesn't start paying attention to her. He replies "Do something worthy of my attention. You are not entitled to my attention just because you make a noise or cry. You aren't a child". She broke down and cried beside him for 15 minutes while we were on voice chat together. Eventually he just kicks her out and tells her to go home so he can game is peace and quiet.

This whole thing is funny. Men that play video games are actually happier than men that don't. In this case it's funny because the chick knows she's competing against the gaming console for attention. While gaming is great it's horrible for personal development. He tweeted the photo (look at the bottom left corner in the contract pic).

This guy has plenty of game. She gets to win the occasional battle (only cause he lets her). But he is winning the war. It's all on his own terms.

I bet he made a show of graciously accepting the gift, and giving her appreciation for it. At the same time, he can just tool her any time he feels like it, when it comes to compliance with the rules.

Look like he goes to Washburn University to play baseball and she goes to Central Oklahoma U. It's pretty obvious she's getting Alpha tingles at her school since they attend different colleges. I think the contract is more of a joke.
