Amazon, Microsoft staff busted buying sex
Scooped-up electronic communications between pimps and tech-sector employees at reputable Seattle-based companies such as Microsoft and Amazon is another hit for the tech industry, already reeling from sexism charges.
A cache of tech-sector emails sent to brothels and pimps, obtained by Newsweek via a public records request to the King County Prosecutor’s Office, reveal that “67 emails were sent from Microsoft employee email accounts, 63 from Amazon accounts and dozens more from companies like Boeing, T-Mobile, Oracle and local Seattle tech firms.”
What's next? To pay prostitution with bitcoins? To have a block chained escort service?
With God's help, I'll conquer this terrible affliction.
By way of deception, thou shalt game women.

RE: Amazon, Microsoft staff busted buying sex
The article I saw claimed they were seeing "trafficked" sex workers. The SJWs have been trying to blur the lines between willing sex workers and women who are coerced into doing it. My understanding from reading the article is that they were sending emails from their work accounts as a verification step. A lot of escorts now screen heavily to try to avoid law enforcement, and to make sure their johns are ordinary nice guys wanting sex, as opposed to the type of customer that might beat them or worse. This kind of verification is generally practiced by women who are in the higher ranks of escorting, and are clearly doing so willingly. There are websites with reviews of these women, so on the one hand, the johns know which escorts are good, and on the other hand, the women have some level of verification with the johns.
The only thing I can think is that they were contacting Asian Massage Parlors, which do appear to rotate crops of women from various Asian countries. However, even in these cases, I believe most of these women are participating willingly. The percentage of women who are truly forced into prostitution is very low. I'm sure it exists, but I think the overwhelming majority of prostitutes are voluntary.
Like I said, almost any article or publicity about prostitution nowadays uses the terms trafficking and prostitution interchangeably. While this forum isn't about P4P, and any red pilled man should be able to get willing sex from reasonably attractive women, I don't think it should be illegal. Even if it is, call if for what it is. Prostitution involves ordinary women willingly having sex for money. There's really no need to drag women from across the planet to work as prostitutes in America or Europe, or anywhere else. There are more than enough local women that are willing to do it, and are paying money out of their own pockets to post ads online to attract business, or are going and applying to work with escort agencies or massage parlors.

Unless they are under age girls, I am sure they did it voluntarily to make lots of money. Obviously once they get caught, they will say they were 'forced' to do it.

I'm a local to this area. I know one of the cops who worked on the sex sting that arrested 130 some dudes and shut down 30 prostitution houses. We talked about this earlier in the year and these girls make ZERO profit. These are not American whores out on the street with their pimps. These are asian women who think they are going to college in the US and wind up being drugged and prostituted by Triads.
Chinese Mafia does not share their profits. They keep the money for themselves. The women are disposable dupes.
I mean feel free to believe what you want. Some women actually do get forced into prostitution.

These supposedly super intelligent tech workers weren't smart enough to use a burner email and were using their company email addresses to message and solicit hookers.
Yeah, they're not sending their best and brightest folks. Where's the Trump you have to go back meme?
It's probably 75% H1B's. I saw the whole list of guys arrested for this and at least half the guys are ethnically Indian or maybe Pakistani.
I used to attend a lot of Microsoft events and parties. They have so many perverts and weirdos. A huge number of the couples there "swing" and do drugs. Also... these Indian wives will fuck guys with game. I had a few with little game. They all know that their husbands are banging drugged up hookers twice a week.

RE: Amazon, Microsoft staff busted buying sex
The big reason why we need to legalize prostitution is so that we can get these traffickers out of prostitution, if that's possible. If prostitution was totally legal, it would not be underground. It would be out in the open. So prostitution is outlawed, that means that only outlaws will be involved with prostitution.
Some of the underage prostitutes are also into it because they are legally barred from doing anything else. They are girls who have run away from abusive homes and are doing whatever they can to survive.
I am surprised these H1B's would do something this stupid. Then again, you've got idiots in their early 20's who are working for Microsoft and Amazon. Those companies treat their employees about as badly as these pimps treat their prostitutes.

RE: Amazon, Microsoft staff busted buying sex
I have partied with these guys.
A guy I know threw private parties in the 'Chairmans Suite' at the PacRim hotel. He was a connector for these guys. They would fly up to Van and have girls and drugs waiting at the suite. All they needed to do was show up.
These were not the H1-B guys in the computer rooms. They were mid 40's and up, executives, mostly divorced, and just wanted a safe place to party away from prying eyes in WA. It was no harm, no foul, fun. The girls were top tier escorts and the blow/molly pure as the driven snow.
It sounds like they got lazy and decided to party closer to home. Its a shame, and I often think about those parties and hope those guys are doing good. I liked them, seemed like good dudes when railing lines.

(12-26-2017 11:29 PM)Kapanda Wrote: @gework so what does that say of the moral implications of men soliciting prostitutes?
Anyone who has used a prostitute is complicit in the preservation of an industry that ruins the lives of prostitutes (forced and voluntary) even more than they've already been ruined. Drugs, prostitution etc. all act as catalysts in the downwards self-destruction of those who otherwise wouldn't be so bad off. I think the most culpable are the traffickers, as I don't think many men would have the cruelty to actually carry that act out. Just as many meat eaters couldn't slit a cow's throat. Then there are the johns, many of which repress the knowledge of that many of these women are in a bad positions to try and preserve their image that they are a good guy. And then the women.
Right now the situation is that prostitution is essentially tolerated, minus a few cursory busts, just so long as the the advertising does not overflow into mainstream society, but at the current rate it can only be so long. Instagram already seems to be turning into a fairly open drop spot for calling cards.
Any red-blooded man is obviously going to want to have sex with a perfectly sculpted Instagram hooker. They need to recongise that, but keep their frame.
For me I think the best option in the current society is deterrents: hanging pimps by the neck until dead and shaming johns. Living next door to a guy who every time I see I think of the time his face was on the front page for banging sex slaves would be one hell of a deterrent to the boil of my red-blood.
Right now, in Western society a lot of the dysfunction is hidden by the state and incubated at the same time. Drug users are given money to live out of sight, prostitution is readily accessible so long as its out of sight, single mothers whose children are much more likely to have negative life outcomes are put on the dole, fat people are put on the dole until they get so fat they have to have their walls demolished and rushed to hospital... As a society, we have become babies afraid to deal with anything. If the law drug the ugly corpse of prostitution in front of us we could know how low we are going and whose involved.

gework you are wrong about prostitution and drugs those are lifestyle choices and nobodies business but the people involved. Policing peoples private lives and legislating morality is a recipe for disaster.

Government agencies need more funding to specifically stop those assholes. Human traffickers are the lowest lifeforms on this planet IMO.
If nothing else it's a question of having stupidly porous borders. If women can be shipped in by the hundred and used as living sex dolls then what are the implications if terrorists want to gain entry undetected.

It's thus far proving that the total opposite is true. Refusal to legislate morality and deal with the aspects of private lives that invariably become public is precisely what's led us to the decline. Rampantly open homosexuality occasioning extreme levels of child sexual abuse is one example. Drug users littering toilets and beaches with used needles infected with aids? Not very private.
You may personally be enjoying the decline but it is a decline and we will be paying the piper soon enough.
I don't hold you personally accountable for that but individualism over civil responsibility is precisely what's gotten us to where we are today.
Hoover trying on panties in his office after hours was private. There is nothing private about a pack of whores plying their trade on ghetto street corners and drug addicts turning parts of cities into dangerous no-go zones where civilised people fear to tread. There is nothing private about my youngest boy making paper mache, pulling out page 57 of the local newspaper and seeing it covered in advertisements with pictures for "trans massage service, 20y.o. Thai, new in town".
Enjoy the decline while you can, but don't try to hamster that shit like rampant drugs and prostitution are not part and parcel of that decline. It may benefit you personally to fulfil whatever vices you want to fulfil, but it's nonsense to suggest that it has no wider negative effect on our civilisation. The current circumstances we live in are proof positive of that fact.

RE: Amazon, Microsoft staff busted buying sex
I'll repost this from an old thread:
HCE Wrote:No one is denying that trafficking exists in tiny numbers, nor that it is despicable when it happens, but it is so vastly inflated that the term has now become completely meaningless and just invites ridicule (orders of magnitude more more than "rape" and "rape culture" already does). But how much is it trumped up? Let's look at some actual numbers.
Think of the discrepancy between news reports of giant swarms of trafficked prostitutes (sometimes as many as 40 000 members strong) which are purported to be following major events around the globe, from Superbowl to the Olympics, and actual police reports. Nobody ever sees them, hears them or considers where and how they'd do their business, but somehow "everyone knows" it's a problem. Despite harsh police crackdown with millions in budget, it is rare for such an investigation to uncover a single victim, and even for the few occasionally found (although tens of thousands were expected), they are more often than not normal prostitutes who are just harrassed by the police and rebranded as "trafficking victims too afraid to mention that they have pimps" ( http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/2011/...t-victims/ ):
You can see some well-written sources and comparisons here. First, the Olympics:
Maggie McNeil Wrote:In spite of all this, we are still treated…with the same old guff such as stories that sex trafficking ‘almost doubled’ during the Athens Olympics. In this particular case, ‘almost doubled’ means that the number of reported incidents was 181, a 90% increase over the previous year. So yes, they did ‘almost double’. However…in the year before the Athens Olympics, the reports of sex trafficking at 95 represented 0.45% of all prostitution in Greece. And after the Olympics? 0.86%. Less than 1% of prostitutes in Greece were trafficked both before and after the Olympics…
... let’s say in the year 2008, there was 1 death in all of Scotland from a vending machine falling on someone. Then let’s say a year later, in 2009, there were 2 such deaths. While it would be technically true to say that the number of vending machine accidental deaths ‘doubled’, is this a fair representation of the data? Is this a significant trend that is likely to continue?…The change from 1 to 2 in a given year seems clearly attributable to chance…
http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/2012/...en-record/
Maggie McNeil Wrote:The estimates are that about 10,000 people are “trafficked” through Texas in the sex trade in a year. Joseph Ullmann, an FBI special agent who handles crimes against children cases, said agents working at the last few Super Bowls have told him the scale of prostitution was “incredible.”
Two Florida men were recently convicted on federal charges for attempting to pimp a 14-year-old girl through the Craigslist website for a “Super Bowl special,” according to stories in Tampa area newspapers. The Florida Department of Children & Families took into care 24 children who were brought to the Tampa area in 2009 to serve as prostitutes in the days leading up to the Super Bowl, according to other news reports.
So out of the “tens of thousands” of “trafficked children” estimated by the Florida group in the previous paragraph, the cops were able to find… one. Unless you believe those unspecified and unattributed “other news reports”, in which case it was 24. But still nobody questions these figures. And they just couldn’t resist throwing Craigslist in there, though of course the sentence is an outright lie; Craigslist didn’t shut down adult services due to “complaints” but rather due to threats and harassment by government entities, i.e. censorship.
http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/2010/...f-hookers/
When victims fail to show up, the hysteria only grows, fueled by ludicrous claims that the police being unable to find a single victim anywhere must be because of the trafficking cartel's power, and claiming that there are more and more girls "trafficked" every year, as described here: http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/2011/...ime-again/ . The desperation to find appropriate victims is so strong that enormous grasping at straws is needed to dig a few out, like classifying "sending online messages offering money for sex" as trafficking attempts: http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/2013/...he-bottom/
With actual data consistently showing an almost complete absence of trafficking victims and the newspapers parroting ludicrous claims of "tens of thousands" like echo chambers, a number of places in the USA are claimed to be "number one hotspots for trafficking" simultaneously.
http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/2013/...umber-one/
Speaking of age, when these myths are debunked, or in conjuction with them, the trafficking fanatics often turn towards claims that the average age of prostitutes is very low (it's not), not just below the age of consent (it's not, by far) but well in the pedophilia territory of 12-14 years old (I don't even have to emphasize that this is literally impossible):
http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/2010/...-possible/
http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/2011/...-averages/
Read the thorough debunking of more myths here: http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/resou...told-lies/
(Before you accuse the author of impartiality, she is A) a prostitute herself and B) just one of many voices in this field - it should be telling that prostitutes themselves find these trafficking claims thoroughly ludicrous and harmful) - especially in countries where there really is a significant amount of trafficking, like in SE Asia).
Trafficking is a deplorable crime, for sure, but it is inflated by the media to make it appear like some sort of global, uncontrollable epidemic that needs an urgent crackdown at all costs. When these hearsays and media reports are compared to actual police reports and stats by justice authorities the disparity is vast - by a factor of at least 200. For the sake of comparison, the feminist #fakenews media-fueled panic about rape ("one-in-four" and similar bullshit) inflates actual stats reported by police and justice authorities by a factor of "only" about 50.
Never confuse media hearsay and actual stats.
As for prostitution, I believe that fucking whores does a man no favors (doubly so if the man is married) and it's not good for society ether, but trying to legislate such a basic aspect of human behavior is a fool's errand. You'd have better luck trying to enforce even the Prohibition, and we've already seen how that went.

RE: Amazon, Microsoft staff busted buying sex
This is a great post by Leonard. The current construction of liberty as a widely elaborate grounds of permittance for all individual choice (often depravity) is deleterious to the attainment of any societal goal.
Now, don't get me wrong, this broad construction of liberty is the hedonist's dream. I am allowed to freely consume what I want (drugs etc.), engage in any consensual sexual encounter without fear (infidelity etc.) and make any lifestyle choice I see fit (homosexuality etc.) in so long as, in doing so, I do not infringe on the individual liberties of others.
The problem is quite evident. These acts/lifestyle choices have drastic societal impacts. The only way to rid society of these pathologies is to legislate and regulate them. In a religious or cultural society such regulation is founded in religious texts or cultural norms. However, in a multicultural democratic society the formulation of such rule is premised on majoritarian assent to its substance (at least theoretically). Here the problem is threefold:
1. Society is basically alienated fragments forcefully sewn together. There is no common goal or interest in preserving society and as such individual liberty trumps collective interests;
2. Where the people are confused and disunited the source of public opinion becomes the media and public narrative. Who controls the media controls the sheeple (the left predominantly);
3. The pursuit of such individual liberty is no different to the hedonistic abyss - it's a continuum of degeneration. Today it's euthanasia and drugs, tomorrow is incest.
