It's almost entirely the opposite of that.

"You've cooked that" means that you messed it up essentially.

Turning to the ever reliable urban dictionary, this is the best I found quickly "When someone has caused obvious brain trauma due to over usage of illicit substances. They have "cooked" their brain."

This is very possible but even then the replies and the dynamics at play are still ridiculous ? The intention behind getting him to say these things and the outcry to follow end in the same result... men are toxic
