What's most disturbing is what his wife/companion of his did - telling everyone they're going to die before being kicked out of the arena. If she had any idea he was going to do this and didn't notify cops she ought to get slammed.

They aren't calling this terrorism yet because there's no evidence of a motive.

Other possible explanation would be:

The criminal dude was a black-market arms dealer?, being in a hotel room for a shady arms deal, waiting to sell.

His Indonesian Barry-loving female lover gets in a row (over politics or religion or race, certainly, what else could it be?) on the street with country-music concert goers, insults are swapped. The Indo female threatens the concert-goers with death (as explained by witnesses), goes back in a murderous and blood-thirsty fury to the hotel room.

In the hotel room, she says to her stupid beta lover that she has just been insulted by "bad rayciss country-music red-neck people" down on the street. Dude then takes his illegal guns, shoot from the window, in a blind rage (while the female Indo escapes)...?

Las Vegas and London England have the most CCTV cameras watching every square mile in earth. Everything in that city is recorded along the strip. They should be ample video of this guy leaving his hotel to get food, checking in, everything.

His girlfriend must of known and if she has been a long time worker in the industry she maybe had connections or knew soft spots of where to sneak stuff into the hotel.
