Not much "alpha" about this guy. Using that word often sets off my spidey senses. Most people who use it nowadays seem like they just stumbled across it.

This Nikko Jenkins was betrayed by one of his wives. Even then it took certain classified technologies to be able to nail him to the murders. The judges, etc declined to comment on the technologies that allowed him to be captured.
