If you're on a bike, you want to get that really tight, bright coloured racing clothing. Style points.

While jogging, try to catch up with her and start jogging backwards so she can see your face and smile. Eye contact is key.

Girls like a confident, bold guy, so try to pull out her headphones if she is wearing any, otherwise she won't be able to hear what you're saying.

If you aren't that bold, just stay right behind her for a few minutes until she notices and stops to talk to you. Persistence. This is a great way to get girls to approach you.

In a bar, a great thing to do is buy a girl a drink. But this isn't the bar. Plus, she probably doesn't drink much since she's a healthy biker/jogger. So, if you can fill your bag with bottles of water and offer bottles of water to girls as they run past, I'm sure they'll appreciate it and stick around to chat.

If she is jogging, especially not in running gear, then she might be in a rush somewhere. Stop her and ask her where she is going, great opener.

If she is cycling and she seems to be going pretty quick, try to whizz past her on your bike. Make sure you pass very close to her. She is going to notice what a great rider you are and increase your status tremendously.

Haha, what? Have you ever tried it - no, not pulling out her headphones - just day game in general?
