At dancehall events daggering and whining is just a bit of fun really and most people aren't doing it with the intention of banging the girl necessarily. It's literally nothing to a girl, it's normal. Verbal game is still everything.

Zelcorpian it does appear there's a lot of white women there and black men, but as someone who goes to carnival regularly that's not really the case and everything is much more balanced than that (and most black guys are there for the black and mixed girl's anyway as they're generally the best girls there). It's a nice event and an example of multi culturalism actually working (yeah there's a bit of trouble but it's nothing for an event that gets 2 million people).

UK police on average see themselves as "part of the community" so sometimes you can joke with them. I've spoken to LAPD officers, who have described their jobs as being a warzone. I got the sense that you shouldn't fuck with them.
