SJW logic:

- There is no God and all that exists in the universe is material.
- Evolution explains the existence of all living organisms.

BUT

- Despite evolution over countless millennia that has resulted in obvious and indisputable physical differences, all human races have EXACTLY THE SAME brains. Despite being physical organs of the body, brains are exempt from evolutionary pressures. You bigot.
- Despite men and women having a laundry list of physical differences a mile long, men and women have EXACTLY THE SAME brains. Evolution shaped male and female bodies for drastically different purposes, and yet ENTIRELY IGNORED THE BRAIN, the most important organ of the body.

This is literally what these people believe. It's outright cognitive dissonance. The same people who will mock creationists, up, down and sideways, will swear to their dying breath that evolution had no impact on the human brain. They are forced to hold conflicting ideas in their head at the same time, because if they admit defeat on either point their entire edifice crumbles to dust. In other words, these people must quite literally make themselves insane in order to adhere to their ideology. This is why there is no arguing with them. They can't be convinced by logic because their position is inherently illogical. These people believe that human beings evolved from rocks but at the same time that human brains are not subject to evolutionary pressure and thus differentiation. What the fuck do you even say to that? This is literally the starting point of their entire worldview, and it makes no fucking sense at all. There is nothing there. The entire thing is a giant stinking mound of bullshit from square one, which is why these people never even begin to argue facts and just complain about hurt feels. But their feelings aren't really hurt. What's hurt is their brains - they don't like the feeling of cognitive dissonance they suffer when confronted with the irreconcilable "logic" of their belief system.

Why are we seeing this memo, and why are we seeing Google's reaction to it? Who put all this on the internet for the public to see, anyone know?

ETA: Vice says 8 Google employees tweeted about it, then an anonymous Google employee contacted them directly to give them the full internal memo and talk about everything that happened.

I'd bet money that James Damore is that anonymous Google employee.

Imagine a timeline where Damore wrote that memo, circulated it, got ostracized by Google for it but the whole thing was kept quiet. He still gets blacklisted from the SJW tech industry but no one who might be sympathetic to him gets to hear his story. Why would he risk rocking the boat like that?

People say he was misguided and don't know what he was getting himself into.

I say he realized that his clock was punched at google and devised this whole thing as an exit strategy. Shiv Google until they reveal the most toxic aspect of their internal culture, then shine a spotlight on it and viral it on social media. And do it all while writing in a tone that reads as acceptable and conciliatory to normies.

Speculation, but I'd be shocked if I were wrong about any of it.

Everyone knows how violently defensive SJWs are of their beliefs, most of all the people who work with them day in and day out. How could anyone think someone wrote a memo like that and expected a reaction different from what we got?

If these midwits can create a subjective reality where Roosh's speech didn't happen, to the extent of falsifying evidence of failure, then these midwit minds will readily-accept it, and, as such, it's pointless to try to 'prove' anything to them. Complacency over a 'victory' will make them fight less hard next time.

Instead, I believe their Subjective Reality should always be encouraged to be captured and broadcast as their delusional beliefs are the most effective PR we have to sway moderates. To that end, when infiltrating, it's always worth seeding even more extreme subjective beliefs. Don't broadcast your end belief: the trick to subversion is to drop logic breadcrumbs and let them follow and discover the next one through their own free will, so they believe the eventual idea you wanted them to arrive at was their own. This way they'll fight for it harder. The 'Progressive Stack' concept introduced by subversives to destabilise Occupy Wall Street is one of the best examples I've ever seen of this.

If working in tandem or groups, the polarising effect of groupthink will easily pull them in your direction: note the recent woman 'free bleeding' during a marathon, a Four Chan prank that became reality and has repulsed more moderates than any facts and logic presentation that I ever could have given them.
