A: 70. This takes high end fitness and game, but it's absolutely done on a regular basis. I think the actor for the most interesting man in the world is most definitely able to get laid with a hot girl in her prime, and other guys with similar levels of looks and flair can do it too

A : In a western country, $1,000,000 (or the equivalent) I guess would be classed as wealthy, but not really rich, although the potential is there to become rich if one is wise. In a non western country, yes that's rich (although it's not really as much of a fortune as it would have been a couple of decades ago).

A: Drop the college bullshit and go work as a waiter. Unless you're a business owner, seems like the best job when you're young. You don't need any education, you meet a lot of people (good way to improve upon your social skills), and you earn more money than 90% of your peers. And you earn more money than 50% of working people in your country (I speak for my country, of course).

A: I would only be in favor of it for a small fraction of my total investments, say 10 or 15% so as to not put all my eggs in one basket in case the location sours, etc. It sounds like a very illiquid investment.
