Oh yes, it should be mentioned that the suburban London areas are now experience white flight, well they have been over the last 15 years. If you take a look at Croydon, which surprisingly converted from being a conservative area into a labour area.

There are signs (maybe) that the sheer scale of the migrations has been deliberately downplayed by the media:

I'm confident that, years from now, the "regime change" obsessions of Europe and the US in the Middle East are going to look like unmitigated disasters. Removing Qadhaffi's regime in Libya, and trying to remove Assad in Syria, are rightly going to look like the height of folly.

By removing these bulwarks that were holding back the human tide, they exposed themselves to millions of hungry mouths that literally have nothing to lose.

Maybe the migrations would have happened without these things. But they certainly accelerated it.

We'll have to see if European leaders are capable of overcoming their paralysis and weakness in the face of this new challenge. I am optimistic, and think that they will rise to the challenge one way or another.

Nah - the traitors wanted it to happen all along. This sudden exodus did not start by itself.

Europe went into Camp of Saints mode and is being destroyed. Neither the social welfare system of the past, nor the safety, nor even the economic stability will remain. If we add Islam to the mix, then this will blow up into civil war or outright dysfunction within the next 15-30 years. Europe is led by cucks and disgusting sellouts like Merkel, Macron or Teresa May.

But that is engineered from above. Official immigration numbers were doctored from the start both in terms of nationality of "refugee" (Pakistanis and Iraqis quitting their jobs to go to Europe) as well as gender-distribution (70% being combat-age men).

It all can be stopped easily enough, but they don't want that. There would be plenty of humane ways to do it. Move out the navy units of all countries, capture all smuggler boats, destroy them, arrest all smugglers and criminally aiding illegal immigration NGOs, capture all boat migrants and incarcerate them in big concentration camps on part of a Sicilian island, then ship them all home (with option of either staying in camp forever or going home - mass camp is still cheaper than letting them into Europe). Also start deporting them en masse from the continent. After a time the flow of migrants would slow to manageable numbers like 10-50k/year.

But that is not the goal. The goal is to demographically destroy Europe.

Yup and W. Europeans keep voting in incumbents who have repeatedly stated their goal to import millions after millions of ME migrants. I don't think that Western Europeans are aware of what will happen. Even some men on the forum paint as outrageous pessimists and that a multicultural African and Muslim dominated Europe will be just fine.

The general population does not realize the danger they are in. They are being boiled slowly, the propaganda and the lies are relentless on all channels - media, academia, entertainment, politics, corporate world. Most people will only wake up when it is too late. I don't know how many of you have read the Camp of The Saints but it clearly has paralells of the stage we're in right now and that is denial coupled with the inability to do anything.

You stop the boats how? Let them launch and let them all drown and drift over the sea? The bleeding hearts won't allow that and before 10,000 are dead you'd have many more ships and boats there to help.

Destroying the smuggling routes? If human smuggling was such an issue for humanity to solve then it would have been resolved long before now but it involves a lot of money and powererful people.

Better yet, how do you convince the millions who want to come to not go any further? There are stories of migrants wanting to go back but they are a minority, for now. Nothing will anger a person more than being in a place they were fooled into travelling too, paying money and having a hard time getting back home.

Even if we were to convince the majority of the people in the third world to not come, how many numbers are in the minority? We saw what 1.5-2 million people did in 2014 to 2015, but those numbers aren't a scratch on the several billion living in areas you consider third world.

The Camp of The Saints also showed us the characters and nations had the opportunity to stop it, to protect their countries but this moment passed. In real life the moment passed and now we're seeing the compound interest stack up higher and higher.

By the way, the first Armada of ships had 1 million people and it went down to 800k. We had more than that in a single year but across multiple states.

I have a lot more confidence in Europe than many of you guys. A lot of people are underestimating the resiliency of the culture and the civilization. Western Europe's muscles are atrophied from:

1. Decades of being under America's thumb
2. Decades of leftist, socialist propaganda
3. Decades of WWII war-guilt that crippled Germany's national spirit
4. Decades of weak, ineffective leadership.

All that's true, more or less. But we have to remember the nature of living organisms. When their backs are up against the wall, people become resilient.

Haven't we forgotten the far worse catastrophes that Europe has suffered in the twentieth century, where millions of Europe's finest men perished in mud and shell-bursts?

Haven't we forgotten how Germany was a battle-ground for all the great powers from 1620 to 1648, and lost nearly a third of its population?

Haven't we forgotten how, for centuries, the Ottoman Turks were hammering on Europe's back door in the Balkans?

And what about the terrible plagues of the Middle Ages, that depopulated so many regions?

You get the point.

Have some confidence, guys. Have some faith. Sometimes people and societies, when they are waking up from a long sleep, take time to readjust themselves. This is in the nature of things. If there is to be instability and violence in the short term, then maybe this is the price that has to be paid to compensate for decades of weakness, ineptitude, and corruption. If it is to come, then Europeans will respond as they always have in the past: with quiet resolution and determination.

Germany rebuilt itself from the ashes after 1945 faster than anyone could have imagined. The Germans are a great people and will rise to the occasion. I have faith in them, even if I do not respect some of their leaders.

But out of this cleansing fire--out of this churning maelstrom of conflict--something stronger, better, and healthier will rise.

Also any non-Chinese citizen - likely all of them since getting their citizenship is tough - all of them would have been deported including hundreds of others of the same tribe just for good measure. All due respect QC, but your post glossed over the fact that when Europe went at it the last time, millions died worldwide and regardless of what people or historians would say, Germany would have destroyed the Allies if not for being led by a moronic leader.

Europe is always a tale of two extremes. Either it is at peace or at war and the inbetween is never really remembered.

The peace since the last world war has its special place in history where the European powers are not taking chunks out of each other.

Everytime this continent has gone to war the world suffered so I have no doubt it will exist in the future, it is the journey to reach that destination that I am focussing on. Just how many bodies will hit the floor this time round?

Camp of the saints is an amazing book and it's referenced with an interview with the author in 'a strange death of Europe' that h1n1 mentions above.

I'm reading that at the moment, it is a well balanced book but the interview with the author of the camp of the saints, he says basically he got everything right except for under estimating the scale of the migrants.

I'm not glossing over it at all. I was just making the point that peoples and nations are a lot more resilient than all the "Gloom and Doom" people think.

I was making that point that Germany has been through things 100 times worse than this refugee crisis. It survived that, and it will survive this. Not only will it survive this, but it will become greater, better, stronger, and more dynamic.

Europe will survive if it deserves to survive. If it has the strength, the resiliency, and the tenacity to survive--which I know in my bones that it does--then it will use this crisis to rise to the challenge. It will create new institutions, find new, dynamic leaders, and will rebuild its ossified structures to come back better, bigger, and stronger than ever before.
