Quick note to everyone that Hermosa Beach had several cuties last week Friday on the beach and at the bars in front of Pier. It was my first time there and saw several hot white girls there. More than Santa Monica and more than Hollywood (unless on a Fri/Sat at the right club/hotel lobby maybe)

To the playas who work that spot, sorry but it is a high stream area at least on a Friday afternoon.

Also met a tourist who went there because it was feature in Lalaland movie.

Hermosa Beach is good in the summer. Easily compares to Santa Monica/Venice on summer weekends and holidays. Problem is going to be logistics there.

By the way I was there on the 4th and there were hotties EVERYWHERE. So mad I got too fucked up and also stuck with my friend who got us into an extended social circle situation where we were the outsiders and I asked him several times if we could leave and hit on random bitches.

Lotsa talent. Might check out Seal Beach this weekend for a little day trip.

Wow, that's crazy. Very interesting to see how that will impact the dynamics of night game.

In areas where there are many venues close together, will give it more of a NY/Tokyo/Vegas vibe maybe since will be more 24/7 "feel" (even though it's not totally but you know what I mean) but for spots that are a little far off, not sure

I initially chose to check out Hermosa beach compared to the other nearby beach areas because many online reviews mentioned lotsa families in the other areas and more "upper class" feel where a few ppl compared area in front of Hermosa Beach being a little Hollywood like (they meant it in a derogatory way) but for guys, seemed perfect for having streams to go fishing in.

Having lived in a city where there was no last call, 2 am last call (which really comes out to like 1:30 a.m. last call in LA) is a total cockblock. For a number of reasons, most pulls happen between between 2 and 4 am so fixing this law could potentially be a gamechanger.

Why would you think most pulls happen between 2-4am? If someone hasn't gotten laid by then, they probably aren't going to. The exception here is NYC. But most of my pulls have come early in the night, unless I'm in a club where later is normal.

Really? How early do your pulls typically happen in LA? Most bars here don't even get full until 11 or later, and neither I (nor anybody I know) has ever pulled a girl here before midnight. Even at a more chill bar which isn't necessarily poppin till 2, I usually have to either stick with her at least after midnight, or bounce her to a more happening place before bringing her home.

For me, between 1245 and 130 is pretty much the magic hour (except at EDM clubs) where I try to make something happen, and if it hasn't happened by then, it'll probably be a last-minute bail where she ends up leaving with her friends. If I don't have a girl hooked by 1, I usually just end up tossing a bunch of hail marys which rarely go anywhere. Sometimes they do, but its pretty uncommon, and if it does its usually a drunken makeout followed by the friends coming to the rescue. Even if you aren't completely outcome dependent, you can feel a little bit of pressure when the bar is about to close and you haven't pulled yet. I know lots of guys who feel the same way.

I don't necessarily enjoy staying up till 4am partying on a regular basis due to my erratic work schedule, but I'll be happy if this law passes since it takes the pressure off of needing to pull within a ~2-3 hour window. You can still pull at 1am whether the bar closes at 2 or at 4, but if you want to keep partying later, you can do that too. I think its a win win.

I haven't lived in LA in years, don't let my username fool ya. But pulling before midnight is not hard. However I was more so speaking in general and not specific to LA. If most pulls happened between 2 and 4am, then there would be no sex going on in most US cities.

Perhaps rungoodinc having lived in a city with no last call makes him see this differently. Yes once you've been able to go out past 2am and then go back to having a last call, it doesn't compare. I do agree that last call at 2am puts a hamper on things, but it doesn't change things for me.

This goes for any US city. I'm a big club guy and those don't get hopping until later in the night, so I hope this law passes.

I really think that LA game is really coming down to neighborhood game. Live in the neighborhood where you wanna pimp at and focus there. There's sooooo many logistical issues with LA game because it's too decentralized as far as nightlife and where everyone lives. Lol just so much logistical hassle with LA night game unless you live close to the venues you're frequenting in my opinion. I've focused my game in Long Beach and it has served me pretty damn well to be honest. That was a conscious logistic decision. I can't imagine living in Culver or Venice or anywhere on the west side and trying to bang chicks in Hollywood or vice versa. Even when I lived in Redondo and partied on Hermosa pier it was so annoying dealing with how to get the logistics right if I meet a chick from Inglewood, or Hawthorne, or even Torrance and they came with a friend and now it's like musical chairs and herding cats just to get the chick to my pad. LA logistics are truly a player's nightmare in my opinion.

I don't know how you guys do it. Also I love drinking and hate driving at night so it's always uber for me. I'm the last person you'll catch driving around LA at night. Even when I go to parties/clubs there (rarely) I always uber.

I completely agree with the bolded part. Before midnight is by far the best time to make approaches in LA bars. However, the pulling aspect is harder since a girl most likely won't be leaving her friends really early in the night. As I said, I've never gotten a girl to leave the bar with me before midnight, and neither has any guy I know. That's why I was so surprised that there are people who are pulling regularly before that time, and if you have gotten a girl to leave that early with you, I'd be curious to hear more.

Yeah come to think of it, it typically ends up being to where I end up getting the number from a solid pull and doing date game. Which is a whole other headache with flaking and doing the dating game and possibly not fucking for another date or two after you get the first one. My main issue is the amount of time dating game takes. I work full-time, commute, take online classes, and exercise. I don't want to go on dates during the week and its a time/energy/money sink. I was curious about LA girls mentalities..... is it normal for the guy to pay for all the drinks on a first date? Where I live, the girls will at least offer (sometimes) or pay for shit sometimes. Or at least do the pump fake, where they act like they are going for their purse... If I am out with a girl I am dating regularly, she will sometimes pay for stuff or we go halfies. From what I heard, the 2am law might soon be changing. In the meantime, if you haven't snagged any tail yet, you can check out the Bamboo House in Little Armenia just east of Hollywood. They serve 'cappuccino's' which is code for beers after 2am.

Depending on how much energy you have, there's also Joseph's which opens at around 6:30am. I don't really have the energy for 6am parties, but if you don't mind Asian pussy, this place is brimming with it.

I game in various locations in LA county. Here is my partial list:

If you are into Korean chicks, visit the club on the first floor of The Line Hotel on Wilshire in Koreatown. There is no cover charge and they close at 2AM. The Korean chicks will tease you in front of Korean guys and you won't get anywhere if you play their games. The best place to isolate them is the smoking area and the front of the club after it closes.

If you are into Hispanic/Latina milfs scattered with younger females, visit Giggles on Brand in Glendale on Saturdays. The cover is $10 and they are open until 3AM with the last call at 2:30AM. Be aggressive cause latinas crave machismo. Polish your salsa/bachata skills before going here. Sometimes being an attractive young dude is the only requirement.

If you are into white cougars(or milfs of any kind) scattered with young hotties of various backgrounds, visit Bogies Bar in Westlake Village. The cover is $10 and they close at 2AM. Be aloof at first and after the horny milfs are tired from getting validation from beta simps, they will turn to you. Be aggressive. The main advantage of this place is that both of you need to drive back to LA which makes bringing them back to your place easier.

If you are into weird hos of Hollywood and tourist bitches, visit Sound Nightclub on on Las Palmas in Hollywood. They are open until 3:30 AM. Dance your night away or try to isolate some drunk slut. It is very noisy so you will need to rely on your body language and attitude.

If you are into white chicks with some occasional Armenians and black chicks, visit Bar Celona on Colorado in Pasadena. If it doesn't get busy here try to bounce to the neighboring Club 54.

If you are into Russian or FSU chicks, go to Romanov Restaurant on Ventura Blvd in Studio City. They have karaoke nights here and many single Russian/FSU girls come here to find their suitors. Speaking Russian is a huge advantage.

Going to LA with a wing in December for about 3 days, for night game and for fun - where should we stay? Seems like the city is huge, it's a little confusing. Still relatively new to the game if that makes any difference, we've recently gotten past the point where approaching and having conversations isn't an issue anymore, now it's more figuring out how to handle everything that comes after that . Can afford something up to around $200 / night, looking for some airbnb or something with good logistics at that price

I would suggest staying near santa monica and look into double tree or nearby hotels, they are usually around $250, also might be worth looking into airbnbs. If you are new then 3rd street promenade and santa monica pier will give you plenty of day game opportunities and for night you can just hit up "bungalow" which is a famous bar near the beach. It also is a pua mecca so just keep that in mind.
