No. Only the issuing country can revoke drivers license (at least in EU). If they do not revoke your driver's license, you can still drive (at least in other member states).

By the way OP, why were you drinking and driving? I can only say it serves you well and I'm glad you did not kill anybody. What were you thinking? An uber or taxi would cost you what? 40 zlotys?
And no, insurance companies will not pay for you being reckless. Expect an increase in future premiums.

I went to a party in my University all afternoon so i knew i would be drinking and didn't take the car with me then i met 2 girls and brought them home by Uber with my housemate at around 00:00 for a private after party, only then i saw i had no drinks so i went to buy some at the nearest gas station, which was like 1 km away.

I had the accident 100 meters from my house... lucky me

In your position i would leave the country and go to Slovakia or somewhere else.
Al lawyer will cost perhaps you more than the 5000zl. Sometimes they take 2000 for one fucking letter. Good luck

Part of the reason I claimed I "lost" my license and got a duplicate made when I was stateside. If any goons abroad wanted to take my license i'd happily pass it over full well knowing I had a spare just in case.

I'd consider doing this for a passport as well.

This wouldn't work with a passport. Any lost passport gets its details flagged by Interpol and other international security systems, so will get you stopped at airports at the very least for a serious interrogation. Essentially the passport gets "blocked" for all intents and purposes once you report it lost.

What you need to do instead is tell your passport office you're going to be doing a lot of traveling in the Middle East in both Israel and Muslim countries. They'll happily issue you a second passport in this case, so you don't get Israeli stamps on your only one and get banned from a whole host of the Muslim world. And its entirely legitimate, plenty of people do travel/want to travel in this region to both Israel and Muslim countries.

Going a bit off topic, but Israel doesn't stamp any more. They give you a little printout thing. This was both the airport and the border with Jordan. That's for the USA passport anyway, not sure on if it's the same for all nationalities.
