Bit of an unusual one because the director is clearly a butthurt Democrat, but he rather misses the irony in the midst of being 'clever': Caesar is portrayed as a good man by Shakespeare, one chosen by the gods, whose death brings massive misfortune on Rome. Cassius and Brutus come to very, very bad ends as a direct result of their own betrayal and because of their own egos. This play supports Trump and plays lefties and RINOs as morons.
