North Africans aren't Arabs either. It's not a Muslim country by name, they still believe in alot of Islam and many perform the Islamic practices.

Hijab is both, religious and fashion. But keep in mind Chechnya is still one of the most conservative among the soviet muslim countries.

I don't know if they pray in the streets since I've never been to Chechnya.

Umm I can't really tell about marrying non muslims but I would believe they still have a preference for muslims.

I think they are better in terms of looks compared to western girls. Chechnya experienced great racism from the Soviet Union and the current Russian government. So whenever you have that happen to a minority they usually hold on to their culture and traditions very strongly.
