I am currently in the US and have been pipelining Tinder for the past two weeks in preparation for a trip to Bangkok in the first week of June. However, I have other options on where I can go, and I am a bit concerned about the summer weather in Thailand. I have looked at the precipitation charts and June is a pretty rainy month - plus, weather.com shows anywhere from a 20%-80% chance of rain everyday for the next 10 days right now.

So I'm wondering how long the rain lasts and how detrimental it is for daygame in Bangkok? I care primarily about the effect of rain on daygame, more so than nightgame.

From what I've read, daygame in Bangkok is mostly mall game in places like Siam Paragon anyway, so I hope the rain won't have a significant effect on that.

Jimbo,

On many days it may just rain for an hour and it's done for the day. There will be a few days when it will be an all out deluge and you'd need boats instead of taxis.

It shouldn't affect daygame at the malls, but you might get more flaking if it rains close to your scheduled dates.

+1 for RQ Club, as for condo gyms best I've found so far are:

Supalai Park Phahon Yothin 21 - power rack, two barbells, bench press, plenty of 45lb plates, leg press, pull up bar, dumbells up to 50lb, cable crossover, treadmill / cycle machines, 2 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, sauna, running / cycling track on the roof, punching bag, huge swimming pool.

A bit far from nightlife (Route 66 not too far though) but good for day gaming / meeting normal girls cos you have malls walking distance (Central Lad Phrao, Union mall where girls go to buy cheap clothes, Major Ratchayothin, and the One Park), and a range of restaurants in the condo complex that deliver to your door. No P4P in that area it's super clean and few tourists, girls will just see you as a professional expat, English teacher or something, not stereotype you. Close to Chatuchak weekend market which becomes JJ Green at night, a night gaming spot.

Trendy Condo Sukumvit Soi 15 - bench press, one barbell, cable cross over, pull up bar, dumbells up to 50lb, cardio machines, huge swimming pool, bit worse than Supalai but closer to nightlife. Short walk to Terminal 21.

Both are huge in terms of floor space and air conditioned.

My plans changed a bit and I am now considering visiting Bangkok for a daygame trip for about the first 10 days of July. Is that a bad time to be day gaming outside on Bangkok streets due to the hot/muggy weather or is it still worth a first time trip if for nothing else than to daygame the air conditioned malls? (I'm just aware of Siam Paragon - are there other malls good for daygame?)

No. Siam Paragon is the only mall good for day game. The rest are not good.

Yep in Bangkok it all boils down to Siam Paragon, or the slums. The slums are good though the girls are so pure and sweet and they will really take care of you. Just watch out for the slum dogs as they might bite (rabies), as well as do not wear blue as it is the national colour of Krungtapornthai and you WILL get mugged and or stared at.

EM Quartier, Empurium, Terminal 21 and the skywalks around, CentralWorld, the other malls around Siam, Victory Monument Sky Walk, MEGA Bangna, Central Bangna, The Mall Bang Kapi, Central Pinklao, Central Lad Prao, Central Rama 2, Silom Center some of the malls in Bangkok. But yes there are much better places in Asia to daygame.

Thai has a very collectivistic culture and you will not find many girls wandering around the malls alone. Another important point is that guys who run around the malls alone look very desperate in the eyes of Thais while in another culture it wouldn't look too bad to try to get laid and get in contact with girls it does in Thai culture. If you're good looking it is DVL to approach random girls. If you're not good locking then Thai people would ask why don't you just go to Nana if you want to get laid? The average Thai girl is also quite mediocre. I've yet to meet a guy who actually does good with daygame in Bangkok and considering the effort I've put into it myself I'd say it is not worth the time.

I'm not trying to discourage you directly, just give you my honest opinion and maybe an explanation to why your request for information has been ignored except for some jokes.

And that blog you linked seems to mostly be about getting bar girls.

Thanks for your more in-depth reply, it's much appreciated. I have 2 months game holiday this summer and will be spending the first 3 weeks or so with my friend in Korea which I highly enjoy for daygame, before finishing the time out in Kiev. While I was in Asia, I planned to go to Bangkok from Korea just due the fact that Bangkok is nearby and that I may not get a chance to go there again anytime soon.

However, if not Bangkok, does anyone have other recommendations for solid daygame locations in Asia?

Hmm I see you've posted a lot and have solid rep but have to respectfully disagree here. There are tons of girls walking around malls alone or with other girls / gay guys, in which case you can still approach. A mall can contain hundreds if not thousands of people... girls like to go to malls... of course you can find many alone.

How will they know you're running around the malls alone trying to get laid? It's a brief interaction. You can avoid prowling the same exact spot all day long and looking blatantly suspicious, that's common sense, but even then most girls aren't going to spot you again.

Other things you can do are to have a shopping bag and / or coffee in your hand to make it look like you are out shopping / being normal. Better yet actually do those things and day game when opportunities come up. Dressing sharp is important in Thailand too.

Thais aren't going to think to themselves hmm why doesn't this foreigner go use the services of a prostitute because he's not good looking... they're just going to think oh ok this not good looking person is out shopping and now asking me for my number in the mall. This is awkward but I guess I'm flattered. Shall I give it to him based on his personality or not.

In fact they'll almost always give it to avoid a confrontation then maybe block you later, or give you a brief chance over Line, they'll double check your pics to see if maybe you just looked bad that day, and / or find out more about you. Always have a few flattering pics of you out and about doing interesting things, public in the Line timeline area. Maybe not block you but just not message you first and only reply unenthusiastically, then maybe change their mind later if you win them over or they get lonely.

If you mean in general they're just going to think ok I hope this not good looking person finds a match, possibly someone of similar looks, or maybe he's got a good personality or lots of money then he'll be fine.

Thai girls are widely considered hot, around the world. Slim tight bodies even if you're not into Thai faces. Pleasant enough personalities. Overall not mediocre at all. Unless you mean conversation wise, they can be a bit dull and repetitive, but some of that comes down to language barrier. But they will at least talk and are quick to laugh.

I don't see Union mall on your list that's one of the best IMO because it's known amongst girls for cheap clothes. Over the road from Central Lad Prao.

I don't doubt your grasp of Thai culture, but not sure it applies to well put-together foreigners. I'd say daygame in Thailand is much, much easier than most countries I've been to. The only easier place would be the Philippines. I also know a couple of guys that banged tons of girls they met during the day. Maybe daygame isn't your strength (I'm better at nightgame personally). Everyone is different. But any dude who is half decent at approaching during the day should clean up here.

Hey Guys --- first off a yuuuge thank you to all the BKK heavy hitters who have made this 83-page thread so epic (yes I read every post).

Guys I'm talking about: RioNomad, CodyB, Rawmeo, Satoshi, Kdog, Afarang, Bushido, LeightonBlackstock & anyone else I forgot.

Just finished 16 weeks in this fine city and I'm very pleased w/ how things went.

Overall tally: 13 girls w/ plenty of repeats. Managed to build myself a nice little harem (3-different-girls-in-3-days, 4-different-girls-in-1-week, etc. Had to label my toothbrushes to keep em straight)

After this girl, I've got mixed feeling about the vietnamese. On the one hand, she was pretty hot and great in bed (a natural screamer). On the other, she was probably the most crafty & manipulative girl I met --- after I refused to be her BF she proceeded to "fuck me" of my time & free dinners but refused to actually fuck me. And you met her at LEVELS? I am curious how many times you actually went to these nightclubs cause Levels and Mixx are not the most ideal places. Then again, as you stated you had to take them out on dates, which is expected given the quality you pulled. Perhaps Nightlife is good for foreign tourists while Tinder is for the locals. The hottest girls via nightlife were the expats.

This makes me tempted to move to to Thailand. Great TR.

For context, during my initial game 'training days' back in NYC my buddy and I would religiously go out Thurs/Fri/Sat for 5 months straight (no exaggeration, I have that in my 'players journal' as well). I guess for me, even though I can have success going out solo at night it just isn't very fun.
