If the murderer of Seth Rich is found, and it turns out to be a political hit job (odds are greater than 80% this is true) than it will be a bombshell the DNC will not recover from for years. Progressives will know the party is ruled by violent corporatists, and will have no more reason to support the Democrat party. Voter turnout will be depressed for years and years until something is fixed within the party (such as a hostile Trump style takeover).

Such an event would destroy the party. We'd probably see the rise of a multiparty system with republicans being the biggest. The DNC is a loose coalition of dying blue collar workers, champagne socialists, and corporate vultures. The base wouldn't stand for it if they knew the truth about Bernie vs Hillary.

^Actually we're seeing people that are held together by nothing more than the illusory thread that they're part of a movement driven by "the people", no matter how sickening that movement might seem to the rest of us.

Samseau is right. If it's laid bare that the party is utterly controlled by corrupt corporate influences and that they will literally kill anyone that tries to remedy that, then the millenial votes will walk out the door and the party will be dead in the water.

They cannot suffer even a 10 percent loss of their demographic. Widepsread recognition of these murderous goons for who they are would lead to a catastrophic series of dominos falling one after the other that if not somehow arrested would literally destroy the party.

Not to mention, this could be the thread that unravels the entire corrupt institution. Pizzagate couldn't do that because it was so big that nobody really wanted to believe it was true. It would destroy their entire world view. But this is both small enough and important enough that it could be used as a wedge to break open the fortress of silence surrounding these people.

And Trump might not be the omnipotent God-Emperor we joke that he is, but he's just crazy enough to rip a hole in the DNC and see what ugly mess spills out of it.

Maybe, but if it's true that they had fake voting stations setup and they replaced legit ballots with their own then that is too big for just one person.

The Democrat establishment are scum, in a fair world, some of them would be up for the gallows.
But this isn't a fair world, and the Republicans aren't much better, there is nothing they'd fear more than having their false opposition replaced with a genuine left wing party commited to change.

Trump would have to fight the entire establishment aside from the police and military and what patriots remain in the FBI. No one man can do that, no one man with sons and daughters he wouldn't want to have an accident. (And yes, if the CIA went full out, I don't doubt they'd be able to take out a trusting ten year ol.)

I think Seth's parents are being quiet over this is because it is so far out there that they don't understand or don't want to think of some horrific political murder for hire syndicate at the very top of US politics.

No sane American wants to think the shit they see on TV and movies could even be remotely true because not only would this open a huge can of worms, it would open Pandora's box on the last century of US politics. How deep does the rot go and for how long have these powers been in play?

When you think about it these people needed every apparatus in the US arsenal- ex or current military hunter killers for hire, NSA, CIA and politicians, including lobbyists and corporations. These assets can hunt you down and exterminate you and look like a typical murder or accident.

If you were faced with such monsters could you deal with the potential fallout and threats to yourself and those you love? Seth Rich is THE key to Pandoras box and could possibly threaten the whole government both at home and abroad.

The United States has barbarism on call 24/7 to sort any wrong doers and troublemakers. This would make world leaders demand answers and the FBI hunt down every so-called conspiracy ever recorded.

He has a record of association with Wikileaks. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out that he's a major funder of them.
