Mint decreases T so watch out. It's a shame because sweet mint tea is awesome, developed a taste for this after visiting Morocco.
Alcohol, marijuana, and opiates all crush T levels. Be very wary. Nicotine may actually increase T, there are conflicting studies. Nicotine also clearly improves verbal skills and concentration, however weighing that against its negative impacts on your erections and hair over the long run (obviously critical things for a man in the game), it isn't worth it.
I use all-natural personal care products when I can, but avoid tea tree oil and lavender as ingredients. They are anti-androgenic and estrogenic (check out the study below). Especially for toothpaste, something going inside your mouth will absorb to a much greater degree than things that only touch your skin.

For a good toothpaste that is totally clean, I recommend this one. It is totally free of SLS which is a terrible ingredient in all commercial toothpastes.

Also, if any of you use the anti-fungal shampoo Nizoral (active ingredient is Ketaconazole), it has an anti-T effect. This is partially why it is often used as a hair loss remedy.
Weleda toothpaste being one of the best I have found:

They have various different kinds and I highly recommend it - completely non-toxic. You could eat it and that is what you should be able to do with most cosmetics.
As body lotion/cream/lip balm I simply use organic unprocessed shea butter, though processed shea butter is fine too. And again you can eat shea butter - it is even used as an ingredient. You can also spend cash on more expensive pure cocoa butter, but I find shea butter sufficient for any use.
I even have sex on the organic gravy train and use coconut oil as a lubricant - girls get fucked the organic way by me and it is nice, slippery and you can eat it. Some girls were even amazed that it works so well because they are used to those strange commercial lubricants. And coconut oil helps you burn calories, so getting at taste of it from my dick is actually healthy.

Excellent for cooking and butt-stuff (or close to virginal tight pussy).

I agree that good habits, a clean diet and avoiding toxins and man-made chemicals is important.
However, here is a reminder that there is no single factor or "cure" to a problem:
Quote:https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23193004
We selected 50 common ingredients from random recipes in a cookbook. PubMed queries identified recent studies that evaluated the relation of each ingredient to cancer risk. Information regarding author conclusions and relevant effect estimates were extracted. When >10 articles were found, we focused on the 10 most recent articles.
RESULTS:
Forty ingredients (80%) had articles reporting on their cancer risk. Of 264 single-study assessments, 191 (72%) concluded that the tested food was associated with an increased (n = 103) or a decreased (n = 88) risk; 75% of the risk estimates had weak (0.05 > P ≥ 0.001) or no statistical (P > 0.05) significance. Statistically significant results were more likely than nonsignificant findings to be published in the study abstract than in only the full text (P < 0.0001). Meta-analyses (n = 36) presented more conservative results; only 13 (26%) reported an increased (n = 4) or a decreased (n = 9) risk (6 had more than weak statistical support). The median RRs (IQRs) for studies that concluded an increased or a decreased risk were 2.20 (1.60, 3.44) and 0.52 (0.39, 0.66), respectively. The RRs from the meta-analyses were on average null (median: 0.96; IQR: 0.85, 1.10).
CONCLUSIONS:
Associations with cancer risk or benefits have been claimed for most food ingredients. Many single studies highlight implausibly large effects, even though evidence is weak. Effect sizes shrink in meta-analyses.
Summary: an overall healthy lifestyle is the biggest factor of all, beyond singular foods or risk factors.

I coconut oil I bought at Costco, which is a solid at room temperature. Is this basically the same thing? Also, doesn't it dissolve latex (condoms)?
Yes - I think it does, but the thing is this. I don't fuck girls in the ass with condoms. In fact I don't fuck any girls with condoms that I consider hot or "high-risk". So essentially whenever I put on a condom, then it is more or less an insult if the girl knew what I was thinking. Also in such cases I am not going to stick my dick in her ass.
Also I have begun to practice semen retention: http://authentictantra.com/semen-retenti...your-life/
It is not that tough at least not to cum inside a girl's pussy. I am not concerned about STDs because orthomolecular medicine is so fucking power - in combo with occasional antibiotics, there is nothing much that fear with any hot bangable girl. Also I hate hookers, love them young and prefer to go celibate for life before I have to fuck a fat 35yo woman.
So in essence - if she is hot, then I am not putting on a condom. Very few girls insist at least with me, it is sometimes me who is dragging out the condoms with some of them - but as I said, that is not a compliment.
If you use lambskin or other such natural one, then it will be fine.

Damn, you really do learn something new every day. I went and looked at my toothpaste, mouthwash, and lip balm, and they definitely all had mint and tea tree oil as major ingredients (close to top of list).
Got a toothpaste from desert essence that is neem based, cinnamon flavored (a potential T helper), but still lists mint and tea tree oil in the interim. I'll admit, looking through all the toothpastes and mouthwashes at Whole Foods, I could not find one that didn't contain mint or tea tree oil.
I'll try this toothpaste, as well as a truly flavorless one here:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006BB...bw_c_x_1_w
I'll report back on this. This same brand also has a cinnamon mouthwash, which I'll order and try out as well.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0056J...ZTI7PNCWHE
Lip balm was the easiest, just went and got a random one that uses coconut oil, olive oil, and shea butter, and no mint, as the ingredients instead of fucking petroleum.

This was used a lot when I was young and really into the underground scene. I would invite girls to come back to listen to Fugazi records.
This is the first time in recorded history that Fugazi was used to remove panties.

RE: Supplements and foods that may DECREASE testosterone
And here I was always getting the pinto beans at Chipotle because they were more authentic...
On the water front, I managed to finally wrench the showerhead off in my apartment this weekend, and immediately looked to get a Culligan filter, which is held generally to be the best showerhead level filter. Obviously the best is to do a whole house filter, because with shower pressure and heat, the ability of a tiny filter in a showerhead to do a lot (especially with pharmaceuticals) is rather limited.
To my surprise, the city I live in, like many other cities in the US, has switched from chlorine to chloramine. Chloramine completely bypasses the redox filters found in Culligan and most other conventional showerhead filters.
After doing some more research, I found that the only type of showerhead filter that can effectively process chloramines is a Vitamin C filter which processes ascorbic acid through to neutralize them. Sonaki is the best brand by general consensus, I will be trying it out.
The next layer of the onion is that many Vitamin C filters are just that; they only get rid of chloramines, but don't do anything else. Luckily, I found this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019GD...RSQI9XSR1O
It is a combination Vitamin C and particulate filter which addresses both major pollutants.

RE: Supplements and foods that may DECREASE testosterone
Source Naturals is 500 mg per tablet, with a recommended of 2 tablets per dose.
Also,
Recommended dose: A normal detox dose is 500-1000 mg. People with high estrogen may benefit from taking as much as 3000-4500 mg a day – ask your doctor before adding any supplement to your regimen.
https://blog.bulletproof.com/calcium-d-glucarate/
Of particular note/relevance to some in this forum, is this section of the aforementioned link:
Humans are meant to eat large amounts of protein and fat. Our livers and kidney efficiently process proteins and are able to remove harmful byproducts like ammonia. However, humans can only handle so many toxins. The human body is involved fending off xenoestrogens, air pollutants, chronic infections, and mycotoxins. This leaves very little room for dealing with the metabolites of protein. Our modern world is so polluted, that humans don’t always have the necessary means to fend off natural byproducts of a healthy metabolism. If you’re consuming a high protein diet (25-35 percent), you should consider supplementing with calcium-d-glucarate.
