Let Ukraine come to me... I just got a Viber message from a Kiev girl I banged last year about coming to Canada for a visit, she might bring a roommate.. this second previous bang this year contact me about coming to town.

I got to admit having a solid Instagram account is definitely getting me more buzz and social proof from new and previous girls.

One thing I noticed between Ukraine comparing the past and now posts on this thread recently....there is definitely a generational gap between the late 20's guys and the late 40's dudes like me.

I would say I rarely get the Vinny type quality these days that he gets on regular basis but it is still gratifyingly to much better then I get in the West.

I started going to Ukraine 7 years ago, long before Tinder and when literally no girl had a smartphone there, but at best was checking her Mamba or VK messages on her laptop or more often in an internet cafe. Went back to Ukraine regularly ever since, with 11 trips in 7 years and the 12th trip already planned.

Great post. I started going to Kiev back in 2011 when I was going through a divorce and have been about 8 times in total.

I share much of the same sentiment you expressed..although I don't really have as desire much to go back as much lately, despite fact I scored and did well on my last visit back in Sept.

Much more a transactional vibe to the girls as many long time posters are confirming.
When I first came there... I still remember on first coffee dates back on first them there a girl brought me a traditional Ukrainian painted eggs as gift as she was excited to meet a foreigner.

That never happened again.
Now age is more of a issue to younger educated Kiev girls... the downside of the Instagram age.

8 times is a hell of a lot of times to fly all the way from Canada. If I were you I would've landed myself a hot Ukrainian long time ago.

Still, a past her prime 30+ Ukrainian sounds a hell lot better than a 30+ Canadian.

Where do you live ?

If you live in the West, how many guys do you see dating up ?

Here in Toronto where I live most guys are dating down... difficult to change the laws of supply and demand.

Im in ukraine a day and a half and so far its been kinda shitty.

I actually think ill only come in winter from now on if it stays like that.

All im seeing in the clubs are pros and girls with issues who grab me and stick their tongue down my throat then disappear. Its happened 3 times in 2 nights.

Online all the hotties are pulling taxi scams or angling for sponsors.

Its still early and the city is great in spring but this has been a downer a bit.
And i just met a 9 in pics whos a 4 in person who works as a.....professional photoshopper.

People of other ethnicities or those who live here will have a different experience for sure.

Im being dramatic as ive only been two places so far but it just pissed me off.
The quality is still here though. This places smashes belgrade

Much better day yesterday. Had a date with a great girl, ltr material. Dont think i can bang but im gonna keep in touch with this one.

Then had a short date with another one that i met which ended in a +1.

Night time still sucked though. Went to avalon to check it out and bar there was empty. Then went to sorry babushka and that was just a sad sight. No knock on the nice people but holy shit never seen so many deformed looking people in gaudy clothing. It was like a window to the ugly underbelly of ukrainian society. One dancer there was a 10 though.

Im in love with the city again. But I wish i could find a consistentlt good night spot or two.

@beirut If the weather is warm enough definitely hit the beach clubs over the weekend. Ideally you want to find at least one other person, get there 10-11am and lock up a sun bed for the day. Also try UBK across the river. As far as Friday and saturdays go it was the best talent imo.

If not in Kiev. If for a budget, everything included, of 1200/1300 USD a month. If around August/September. With not much foreigners but a good ration of girls speaking English / not too traditional girls.

Where would you stay in Ukraine ?

Everyone speaking about Kiev but I can't decide what to think about the other cities. Odessa is out of budget ? Kharkiv too traditional? Dnepropetrovsk too ugly? Lviv too small? Crimea/East Ukraine too fucked up by Russia? Why not West Ukraine cities between 200,000 and 300,000 like Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia or Rivne?

Would be nice to have some advices, this conversation seem very focused (logically) on Kyiv.

Sounds like you need to do some research,

Saying that Odessa is too expensive with $1200-1300 is a bit of an insult to those there that make $200 or less.

Kharkiv is not "traditional" when it comes to Ukraine, for traditional Ukrainian culture you are looking at Lviv(although the city itself is actually Polish)

If Lviv is too small for you at 750k people then why the other Western Ukrainian cities you mentioned?

Crimea is not "too fucked up by Russia", it IS Russia

Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk are Eastern Ukrainian cities for the record

^^Yes, saying Kharkov is "traditional" as got to be a joke. The drunkest city in Ukraine, everyone drunk, drunkards walking the streets at night, bar counters in the clubs on fire with multiple vodka shots...crazy city, in two words is small Russia. By the way I love it ))

Regarding Odessa, true, can be expensive in summertime. 1200 usd definitely not a big budget in those months, some tables at IBIZA beach club have that cost.

As for DNR and LNR the major problem is that besides being really expensive, at war, shell and bullet holes everywhere, the occasional GRAD rain and fire exchanges, one must be at home at 11pm otherwise will end up in jail, or might be accused of being a western spy.

Crimea is Russia, but even before that it was only worth for historical, cultural and landscape seeing reasons. Also very expensive and the worst service in the world.
Crimea is this:

Rocha: Get me a chicken shashlik and a glass of white dry wine.
Waiter after 15 minutes brings me a glass of sweet sparkling wine
Rocha: I ordered dry wine!
Waiter: But that is wine.
Rocha: Yes, but not dry wine.
Waiter: That is the only one we have
Rocha: Ok, davai, be fast with the shashlik then
After another 30 minutes waiter comes with the shashlik
Rocha: But I ordered chicken shashlik, this is pork shashlik!
Waiter: You ordered shashlik, this is shashlik, eat it!
Rocha: (after recurrently this shit happening everywhere, its not wortth to waste my time and mood making a scene...will eat this shit fast and bail, not also from this resto, but also from Crimea)

My words about each cities were definitely kind of prejudices after a bit of reading around. Thank you for your answers. Might spend 1/2 months in Kharkiv in the next months. As I understand, I would be fine with between 1100 and 1300 USD per month there ? Thanks !

Hopefully one positive aspect that I can see about the free visa might be the lower waiting time at the border when crossing by bus though Poland. Really annoying waiting 2/3 hours (if you are lucky), now probably they won't need to check all documents and work permits for the Ukrainians.

Yes, it is perfectly doable in Kharkov. You probably wont be able to go out and eat in restaurants all the time. But if you don't indulge in heavy drinking, you can go out 3/4 nights per week. Anyway spare yourself for the weekends, some places might be cool on sundays or weekdays tough like Club Compass or Restaurant Stargorod.

I will be in Ukraine (Kiev) with a couple of friends - both RVFers - if anyone wants to meet up.

We will be there late June.

DM me and we can exchange details.

What are guy's using to Pipeline for Ukraine more these days ?

I turned Tinder back on to Kiev / Kharkov after a long hiatus and I noticed this

1) A lot more users then even a year ago especially in Kiev, I guess it's Tinder winning over Badoo/ Mamba in gaining popularity.
I even saw 2 girls I banged on before on Tinder now but no longer in contact with.

2) More older selection of girls average seemed to be mid to late 30's

3) The nose rings and the odd tattoos creeping up in the some girls pic's. Not a good sign but with the rush on for bio-metric passports I'm not surprised.

RE: The Ukraine Thread III
I think imo tinder got noticeably worse. I got more matches but less numbers and only 2 dates. A lot started strong then just went nowhere. A lot of hotties trying to pull taxi scams there now too.

Nightlife is worse also.

Unfortunately for me daygame seems to be the best option now to get high quality girls

Kiev was a bit of a letdown for me.
My previous regular who i thought was a stunner was being a bitch so thats off now. Thats a shame coz i really liked that one.

I banged 2 average looking girls, one online and one daygame.

I met a high quality 30 year old from tinder but that needed more time to get anywhere.

Being in kiev and not getting top quality is underwhelming. Ill either come back for longer time or as a daygame master next time.

I arrived in dnipro today. Surprisingly green city. Not the industrial shithole i imagined.
However quality is definitely way lower thab kiev so far. Guys are rougher looking as well.

Meeting a stunner ive been in distant contactvwith for years tomorrow. Hoping thatll save the trip.

Can explain more about the taxi scam girls? We're they not attracted to you at all? Could you tell? What exactly happens in the scam? I remember Roosh writing about this a little but I am interested in knowing your take

RE: The Ukraine Thread III
Scrambled usually its pretty straightforward as those girls are hotties usually (over msde up barbie dolls with tits) and are used to thirsty foreigners.
They just say they live far in middle of nowhere and wanna meet you but would need the taxi paid for as they cant afford it.

Or they dont mention it and say theyll pass by u and take u, and of course when they do u end up paying for the way overpriced taxi anyway (i was had by that one before)

One time i knnew a girl was trying it but she was so hot i told her id meet her at the place. After coffee (btw they dont try to make the dates expensive as thats useless for them) i told her i was waiting for a friend so im staying. She tried to play the long con by suggesting a trip to yanushenkos palace the next day (that shed no doubt organize).

Afterwards the same day i texted her that i knew whats going on but still liked her. She ended up dropping the con and coming over for a proper date and put out. But thats like one in a million.

This time on tinder they were pretty smart. They would delete me on tinder after we got on whatsapp so i wouldnt see distance lol. But it was very obvious every time.

I may be overtargeted by this because of ethnicity though.

My last day i was on kreshatik and opened two girls asking them what theyre doing later. One said she wants to stay with me but she wants me to give her 200 grivnas for taxi now so shed be sure she can get back. Those were normal looking women. Rolled my eyes and walked away.

Theyre usually pretty lazy about it. I think first time visitors to ukraine would fall for it so it works for them a lot of times.

Guys. Kharkiv is really growing quickly in my list. Might spend most of July and August there.

- What is your experience about the 2nd city of the country in that specific period of time ?
- Is there any security problems? I realized this is really East/close to Russia but supposedly not really concerned by the war?
- Am I right thinking that your ''exotic factor'' (I am Belgian, 1m93, pretty fit) is higher in there than in Kiev? And that there are MUCH less foreigners around than in Kiev ? And that cost of living is lower too.

Will Search some threads/info though, but I don't think there was much in the past.

You are not going to be particularly exotic in Kharkiv as a foreigner, as the city is teeming with international students, mostly Turkish, African, and Middle Eastern.

The city might be growing on you now, but I doubt it will when you arrive, and certainly not enough to warrant a 1-2 month stay imo.

Not sure where I would recommend for a 1-2 month stay in summer, I would probably choose a few cities, Kiev, Kharkiv and possibly West Ukraine near the carpathians

Being 1m93 (6-5" or so) and fit not sure why you would want to go to UA, you should be killing it in Brussels.
As Rocha mentioned if you are white there is no exotic factor. Now if you can open them with a French accent it may raise some eyebrows as it'd certainly be different from all the typical foreigners who day-game in English or broken Russian.

Most tall guys are going to bang hotter and younger in Ukraine, no doubt. Especially the older guys that are aged out in the West.

There are almost zero foreign guys in Kharkiv that you would call daygamers, unless you count Turkish and Arab students, most of them would break into a cold sweat just saying hello to a girl on the street

- I can't speak about July and August but I am in Kharkov now.
- No, this is a few hundred kilometers away from the conflict region.
- Most likely. I haven't seen anyone as tall as that. Outside the city center in Kiev there are very foreigners around as well. Apartments in the center are a lot cheaper in Kharkov. I haven't enjoyed the local food, and decent breakfast, lunch, dinner places seem to be not much cheaper in Kharkov compared to Kiev.
