I've encountered this before. It usually means one of two things.
1. If you pull out, see the discharge, and a few seconds later you're overwhelmed by a foul stench, she's probably got bacterial vaginosis or a bad yeast infection. There is some debate whether BV, UTIs, and possibly frequent yeast infections should be classified as STDs. Either way, she likely needs medical attention if the smell could clear a room.
2. Some girls have a discharge when they're very turned on. If it doesn't smell and she's behaving like she's been well fucked, pay yourself on the back and consider it a trophy. She'll be back for more.
