I was one of the THE OTHER group.

I would have voted for him and urged everyone I knew to vote for him.

But I did not expect too much of him, since I know the power structure.

He made the feminists and SJWs cry, he made Hillary the monster lose, he created at least some upswing of returning balls to the country, he already created some jobs or kept them from being offshored for a while, he slowed down immigration if only due to his words and less his actions.

At best he will only slow down the globalists and be a president that is somewhat like the ones the US had in the past.

I expect no miracles and that is why I will dish out criticism, but I also don't expect a savior and Samseau by now must have realized that Trump won't do what he thought he would manage to do.

Well, for one he nuked TTIP, then he fired basically the entire swamp at the State Department. He's bringing jobs back to the U.S. and he's still pushing for the wall. Do not like his war mongering whatsoever though and although I'd love to bang Ivanka twenty ways until Sunday I do not want her politically involved. Also was saddened to see Bannon being removed from the NSC and taking the backseat in favor of Kushner.

Ben Garrison is an absolutely amazing comic artist. Everything from the little details, like the guy in the background pointing his finger at the "repeal obamacare" sign as if to remind Trump of the promise he made, to the frightened expression on Steve Bannon's face, to the upside-down flag on top of the Establishment section of the bleachers, it's all just perfect.

Man should be in every newspaper in America.

I was a total Trump supporter prior to the election.

+1 for the brilliant Ben Garrison cartoon. It sums up very well the Trump administration and who is on the side of the American people. It's always the one who is being demonized as a "bad Nazi guy". This "Nazi" slur basically means "someone who serves the interests of his own people, instead of the global elite" and is a badge of honour. In this case, it's Steve Bannon.

I personally tend to have high optimistic expectations, and everyone had high expectations of Trump. Recent developments include some disappointments, however, and that's why I voted for "I was firmly on the Trump train but now I have doubts". Among the worst decision-making Trump has shown was to hire Ivanka in the White House. You cannot trust her for a variety of reasons: She's a woman. She's Jewish. She is teaming up with Jared Kushner. The father-daughter relationship is far too personal. Trump is losing his mind over her. Nothing good will come out of this.

Trump has already shown a weakness for women in the past: Not only did he ridiculously send flowers to Princess Diana. Foremost, he said himself that it was a mistake to let Ivana (his first wife) get involved in his business instead of simply letting her be a private person and mother of her children. This led to his divorce. So why is he now repeating this self-admitted mistake by letting Ivanka get involved in his business (or rather, the business of the American people)? Americans didn't vote for Ivanka as a secret President. If anything goes wrong: Cherchez la femme.

As for Jared Kushner, according to what I have read, his business endeavours have been financed by George Soros. Needless to say more about him. He is Trump's son-in-law, Trump should tell him to go, take care of his wife and play with the kids.

My bottomline is, to keep it with the metaphor laid out in the Ben Garrison cartoon, the American people has to get out of their comfy seats and do something to draw Trump back to their side. Otherwise, the establishment side will be too strong.

It's good nothing more - yet - came off the Syriah incident.

Any kind of war with Russia, proxy or otherwise, would have me off the Trump train in an instant.

Otherwise, nothing major against Trump's policies - or lack thereoff - nothing major for either.

I'm in that group that naively thought Trump would be more of a revolutionary and ideologue. Clearly he isn't. He is still clearly preferable to all other candidates that were in the running, with the exception of Rand Paul, but he would probably have been eaten up even quicker by the deep state.

Not excited by Trump at all anymore and think that real change will have to come outside politics, but overall the first 100 days have been positive, mostly for the cultural impact.

Trump's views on things can be confusing and he's clearly too influenced by the globalists to be my dream president. I know he loves Ivanka, but it's just sad that he has such an obvious Achilles heel. However, his airstrike in Syria tested my view on him for the first time. Within a few days I went from outraged to detatched to back in the Trump camp with just a general feeling of support for the man, knowing full well that I wasn't going to like everything he did. So, I picked Option A instead of Option B.

My priorities have changed since that wonderful day I cast my vote in November, and I can say I'm certainly not the same stugatz I was then - so you know what? I'm all in on this saving throw for Western Civilization, come what may, and would get bloody in the streets to help save this administration if shit got sporty. I would have never said that then, and I'm almost shocked I'm typing it right now.

If this fails, I still owe him a debt of gratitude - Trump has already positively influenced my life, forced me back into a church pew, and I'm hitting the gym four days a week. The Lizard of Oz is spot on in his earlier post - this victory is still the gift that keeps on giving, and nobody can take it away from us. I don't avoid the breakrooms at work anymore during news broadcasts. I turn off the Jethro Tull, remove my headphones, and grin as everyone gets triggered by Trump existing.

I think what many people don't realize is that most government things move at glacial paces. Getting anything, non-military, done quickly isn't going to happen.

His main accomplishment (in the short term) so far is to be more popular than the news media. Remember when GWB tries social security reform? Yea got murdered by the MSM.

The question that Roosh posed is obviously important. I voted for the “on the train but have my doubts” option.

In one sense, I will always be on the Trump train because the only other option on the ballot (with a real possibility of winning) was Hillary. For men, a Hillary victory was the worst outcome – worse than Trump (obviously), worse than the 16 other Republicans, worse than Bernie, worse than O’Malley and Chaffee, worse than the third party candidates. Hers was a distinctly anti-male agenda. Let’s never forget that. The anti-male legislation that would have emerged over the course of 4 (maybe 8) years would have made the days of man-shaming, manspreading, and mansplaining look like the “good old days.” Daily life for men would be hell. Forget about making approaches, forget about kissing a girl without getting her consent on tape, forget about your assets in case you get divorced. And on and on.

I have my doubts about Trump mostly because of Ivanka, Jared, and some of the warmongers that he seems to have surrounded himself with. But again, HRC would have done the same or worse. Probably much worse. Instead of Ivanka, there would be Chelsea.

The issue that I have been grappling, and which I would be interested in hearing from all of you, has to do with the long-term. And that is --

Can Trump begin to save Western civilization from toxic feminism which is causing more and more men to check out? A society of single men and single women is only good for household pets. It is not sustainable. This is well understood and frequently discussed by those who frequent this forum. But it is missed or just ignored by the MGTOW crowd and the millions of beta males who are just wandering around with their heads in the sand.

So far I don’t see any significant evidence of Trump taking on feminism. Maybe he will in the future.

Right now I see that movement getting stronger, not weaker. One could make the argument that the very fact that Trump was elected shows that feminism is in decline and that the patriarchy is making a comeback (I think Roosh made this argument in one of his recent articles or podcasts). I will be more optimistic and confident when I see some real legislation that protects men and encourages men to get married and start a family. Divorce laws and divorce practices as they currently stand are a guarantee for civilizational decline.

Saving the West also requires that American women learn how to be good wives. Based on what I see around me, I am even less optimistic in this area. Unfortunately, there is only so much Trump can do here. He can only lead by example (which he has already done by having a feminine, caring wife). This is a cultural problem, not a legal one.

“Making American Women Great Again” is a project of utmost importance. Yet I have no idea how to craft a sustainable solution to make this happen or at least play my part in one.

Let me put this another way: You can deport every illegal person; you can build a wall; you can terminate the H-1B program; you can get rid of DACA; you can make great trade deals. You can win, keep winning, and, yes, even get tired of winning.

But if the vast majority of American women continue to act and behave in the way that they currently do, then you, America, and the West will eventually lose.

This is well said. Expecting Trump to be better than Reagan was not realistic, and while I hoped that happened I didn't expect it.

But the whole thing is a microcosm of Trump himself. In a negotiation he asks for the Moon, and while he doesn't usually get it he usually gets a helluva lot more than anyone else would have. He has also reframed things in a positive light - he's changed the debate on global warming, diversity, federal employment, etc. In other words, he has set the agenda.

Lastly, even if he is not able to accomplish some of his campaign promises, he has still accomplished a lot by attempting steps in the right direction instead of digging a deeper hole like Hillary or some other republican would have done.

At the moment, I'm not really sure what to think. I do know that all throughout the 2016 election cycle I was a major coal shoveler for the Trump Train, but some of the things he's done since taking office have left me scratching my head. For now, I'm going with the patented "wait and see" approach. Having said that, however, Trump is no longer above suspicion in my book. To go from "We will no longer surrender this country or its people to the false song of globalism" to "Yeah, I'm a nationalist and a globalist."? What the fuck?! That just seems unintelligible to me.

Agreed. My concern is that we are only at day 100 of a four year presidency, and he is already starting to pivot...in the wrong direction. There is room for a lot more pivoting in the ensuing 3 years, 256 days.
