They were very empty each time. I did approach an attractive white woman from SF (believe it or not) at Venice Beach and got the # but she was with her friend and nothing materialized.

Jamaica and the DR were both easier for me than Colombia. There isn't a big sex tourism or PUA scene in Jamaica so the girls aren't so used to getting hit on by foreign guys but they are very receptive. If you're into black chicks, its a great place to go for a week or two, the beaches, rum and ganja are amazing.

As safe as anywhere. They leave tourists be. Have your wits about you as you would anywhere in the world and you will be fine. I was concerned when I went to Trinidad and the woman at the airport working at the tourist booth asked me with her sexy Trini accent.

I'd rate Jamaica about the same as Colombia for safety, you can leave the resorts and walk around Negril, Ochi and Mo Bay no problem in the day but be careful at night. Kingston is safe in the nicer parts during the day too (near Half Way Tree area, New Kingston). As a white guy who can pass as a Colombian I usually feel safer there because in Jamaica my pasty skin outs me as a foreigner but I never had any issues there.

Isn't Cuba heavy on the P4P, like its basically expected that you'll end up paying the girl? I've never been but have heard mixed reviews like the food is shitty, internet suck, everyone is looking for a tip, its very difficult to bring a girl to a hotel and the cops will hassle girls who are out with foreign guys. Seems like a huge pain in the ass.

I am glad I went to Cuba a few months ago. However, I am not keen on returning any time soon. I found the locals to be very nice. Yes, the food is awful and amenities are lacking. I was only there a short time, but I had the impression that it is a place that will take awhile to figure out the scene and to score with "normal girls". Staying a long time, you will have to sacrifice some western comforts.

DR is unquestionably the easiest place to get laid in Latin America.

Depends on what you look like. Blonde hair blue eyes, get down to Colombia. Medellin there are sluts everywhere just waiting to bag a gringo. Get a swank air bnb. That'll make it easier. If yer darker, Puerto Rico is great. One of the least racist places I've ever been. Not quite as cheap, but still nothing compared to the mainland usa. Ponce is a great city on the south side of the island. Less touristy than San Juan. Beautiful year round beaches as well.

As others have said, Cuba is for p4p or getting scammed.
Every single US airliner that started regular service to Havana has now reduced their route number (or pulled out altogether), as word has gotten out that it's not a pleasant place to take a vacation - at least relative to other Caribbean or Latin American destinations. Everyone says "I want to go before McDonalds and Walmart arrives", and then after they return from a week-long trip they say "Never again". You're basically paying Europe prices for North Korean quality (food, internet, service, etc).

Plus, if a girl doesn't up-front ask for $$, then there's an established "long con" that they've been doing on Canadians for decades. They'll profess their love to the Canadian tourist, eventually marry them, and then the second their off the island they'll split.

The DR has a bunch of undocumented Haitians too, so you can game both populations in one country. Bonus.

I also found more open girls in Mexico City, and Colombia - more Bogota and the second-tier cities rather than Medellin - Medellin seemed more difficult.

I worked for a company that sent a bunch of Canadian tradesmen to Cuba for two years to refit an old Soviet nickle mine near Holguin. They worked a six weeks on, two off rotation and when they went home after their first rotation, many of them threw their house keys at their Canadian wives and basically said "take the house, the cars and the kids I got a Cuban girl now, so long".
