Yeah busting early is normal for NoFap in my opinion. It makes sense when you consider not watching porn or fapping makes your dick much more sensitive to real stimulation. The upside is you can usually recover quicker for the second round.

I found three ways to combat this when I was not doing NoFap Hard mode.

1. Use Cialis. I didn't need it to get a boner, but Cialis has alway made me last longer so this is usually the first thing I would try.

2. Pump your dick before sex using a bathmate or air pump. Not only will this make your dick bigger and thicker for a awhile but all the pressure exerted on your dick also desensitizes it helping you maintain control. This is my second most used technique.

3. If I felt like the first two methods wouldn't be enough or the girl I was with was super fucking hot I would take some dextroamphetamine a premature ejaculation prevention drug. This stuff has always worked for me and insures i can pound away for as long as I wanted with ultimate control.

It's kind of expensive even in generic form and gives me brain fog, but with the hottest in demand girls you really have to give a good first impression when your fucking them to earn repeat business. Nutting as soon as you get inside of them is never a good look even if they do give you a second shot that night.

Try looking at online stuff only when you are in public places or around other people. Sleep with your bedroom door open. Avoid being alone and isolated as much as possible.

Some times the world really seems to talk to you, to plot against you or to benefit you... then again, I always can find a rational justification that makes outside entities unnecessary. Nowadays I would subscribe to a traditional christian religious perspective if I had to choose...psychedelia is too far out there, and whilst really interesting and beautiful it can and will drive many guys crazy. What you should experience on long term NoFap is a simliar kind of high you get from drugs, but without drugs. How long this will take and what you will actually feel I cannot say...it varies for every man.

However, as an example - you know all those christian saints and Buddhist monks in history who got shining halos above their heads and had "visions" ? I can guarantee you all of them fasted without food for weeks and fought and fought until they finally overcame the urge of masturbation until their mind was pure enough to see and hear these things. It probably took those holy dudes years and years of NoFap to get to that state of mind. Drugs are the devil's shortcut to experiencing the mystical. But instead of getting the good stuff, with drugs you get demons tricking you into thinking your are seeing heaven or its equivalent.

I started last September and am still trying to master it.
It's by far the most difficult addiction I've ever had to break.
Honestly, it was easier for me to do a total fast and have nothing but water for 7 days, which I managed better than this.


Of course I get urges.
The urges to masturbate will eventually get weaker and weaker, but the urge for sex will never go away...if it did you would not be a man anymore.
It would be like the urge to want eat food going away.
However, you can have an urge to eat loads of sugary stuff or you can change that urge so that you only want to eat healthy stuff.
The difference reducing exposure to fake stimuli (porn) and learning total bodily control.

For me it's getting to the point where the urges are actually more pleasurable than masturbating. Hard to believe, but it is so.

I don't know about thomistic philosophy...but if you find a useful relation to it regarding NoFap, then post about it in this thread.

1. Cialis used at the correct dosages has very mild side effects and helps with erection quality, refractory period, as well as premature ejaculation issues. The worse most guys get is a runny nose for a couple of days. Big deal.

2 Yes, Dextroamphetamine is a nasty drug like most SSRIs (Zoloft). It gives me brain fog and a general "blah" feeling. Like I said, this is the last resort. It always worked for me, giving me ultimate control no matter how hot the girl was. There's a reason it's so utilized in the porn world, as detestable as that might be, because it works. The only advantage compared to other SSRIs is the short half life so it's out of your system fast. Not to be done more than rarely of course. If you do try this only use 25 mg. I tried 50 mg a couple of times and couldn't cum at all. I had to give up after the girls got too sore to continue.

3. If your afraid of all drugs just use a vacuum pump before sex. It desensitizes your dick and makes it bigger at the same time. A win-win scenario. Obviously common sense applies, so don't use to much pressure and break your dick bros.

As for whether these techniques should be used, this is the information Mrredsquare asked for so I gave it to him. The time I spent impressing sluts while doing NoFap with my pumped, Cialis, and Dex enhanced dick I don't regret. This is a stage most guys on NoFap will go through on their way to more disciplined runs. Now for instance I don't think it's a good idea having sex at all while rebooting, and I'm not on my current run which is at 50 days. 46 days in.

There is a clarity and a swelling up of libidinous energy as you go along in this, I'm at day 58, but I admit almost out of reflex I test it a bit waking up in the night the woody is so stiff. Mercenary may sound funny at times, but I urge you to heed his word. I believe he's closer to the truth about these things than it may first appear. It'd be nice to be with a good woman as opposed to lots of women you have little respect for, not that you ever disrespect them. I just don't find many that are worth the time, especially as we get older the access part gets harder and harder. We'll see.

Just had a mild case of sleep paralysis. May be a side effect of no fap, as instead of feeling like I was being attacked, the dream beforehand had me chasing a presence and scaring the hell out of it.

On the other hand, it is likely a case of sleep deprivation as my work schedule has been all over the place. My main concern is that sleep paralysis is a sign of possible epilepsy, which my father has, and I don't wanna deal with for myself.
