Every movie now is set to be made into an ever stronger shit-fest of feminism, gender-gay and diversity propaganda. The only balance is that they overdo it sometimes as with the Cuntbusters, but this looks about as if it is bearable to the public.

Of course the women seem to be made into the greatest badasses there.

The forced diversity is so forced in things now that it's hard not to be taken out of the program. It's hard to keep the suspnsion of disblief, no where in the world, not even america do you see a kaleidoscope of races in one situation.

Another thing is, these movies are having a surprisingly damaging effect on women. A girl I knew started taking Muay Thai which I think was great. Get in shape, learn some self defense. Then I learned her motivations why: she saw "star wars and and power rangers and now she wants to kick butt" her words not mine.

She actually challenged me to a fight and was begging me to hit her full force. I just laughed and said I wasn't going to do that. Needless to say, I didnt have the heart to put her in the rear naked choke.

I was reading a book the other day and for no reason at all, it had a scene where this chick beat a much larger, more experienced, combat veteran, former-Spec Ops male fighter--after he had been wiping the floor with her (sparring) for hours--because she just really focused. She went so far as to break his arm. Absurd.

And the scene made no goddamn sense in the story! In the last third of the book, she was just a damsel in distress. She was completely ineffective at fighting when it came down to it; she just got captured. The offending scene could've been cut entirely and the story would've been better for it. It's like it was just shoehorned in because the (male) writer felt like he had to show a woman being badass.

That's far from the most egregious example I've come across; it's just the most recent. But that sort of thing is starting to really damage my ability to enjoy modern fiction, whether it's written or in some other form. It yanks me right out of suspension of disbelief and very often I stop trying to get through the story soon after that.

I used to fail to finish a book about once a year, and I read at least 100 books a year. The last year or so, I've stopped reading a lot more books partway through than I've actually finished. Same deal with movies and shows. I'm just completely burnt out on the feminist/SJW bullshit that permeates all modern media.

And don't even get me started on the ubiquitous gay-is-glamorous-and-normal narrative I see in certain types of media. I've known like three people in my whole life who were permanently gay. I know more guys who went through some kind of gay phase, and who are now married with kids, than people who were just actually gay. So when I see that half the couples in a story are gay, and the story isn't about a gay commune or similar, I'm going to have to stop to ask WTF the author is trying to push.

I want to have kids in 3-4 years, so maybe I'd better start building up a collection of media that's free of those dyscivic messages now. No kid of mine is going to get bombarded with SJW/feminist/gay indoctrination materials if I can help it.

Plenty of books remain that are older and are written before PC-talk. You cannot even read it all - there is so much out there.

As for writers - I have read that many get significant stipends from government agencies if they include certain topics in their books and movie scripts - especially for most of the writers this is absolutely essential since they don't make nearly as much money as one may think.

Ha, no, funny guess though. He does seem that type, though I only read Killing Floor and he got so many details wrong I thought I was going to get an RSI from rolling my eyes so often. My other exposure to Mr. Childs is him being an arrogant douchebag in the writing scene. Not really a fan.

I can't remember the name of the writer offhand, they're all blurring together lately. It was an indie writer on Kindle Unlimited, standard military SF fare.

Jack Reacher's combat history does not include a stint in Special Forces, so probably not. Not to mention I'd be amazed if Lee Child allowed you-go-grrrlism to infect the Reacher novels, he might not be red pill but he doesn't seem to go for that bullshit.

I've see some you go girlism in Lee Child's work but nothing unbelievable. I only asked because sjws are pressuring him on the same nonsense they pressure everyone else on. Childs also has admitted he inserts the kind of female leads in his book because he knows his audience is mostly female. While Childs may not be completely red pill Reacher is.

I stopped paying attention to these films after Age of Ultron, they're pretty much the same formula in terms of story and characters leading up to the big battle.

Civil War and Age of Ultron are just distraction because Infinity War Parts 1 and 2 will bring the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy to defeat Thanos which has been show in the films since the Avengers.
