I'd like to see the sources. Historically, northern European IQ has been about 100-101, as seen by white American IQ (which was historically dominantly northern European). The entire continent averages in the mid-90s according to Richard Lynn IQ scores. And for the most part I think northern Europe has achieved its maximum IQ potential (probably no Flynn effects happening in Germany or the UK at this point).
