Not telling you how to feel or anything but it just seems bitter to think that way. I think that sort of attitude coincides with bitterness.
I won't argue with that. Such a mindset does tend to coincide with bitterness and, even beyond all that, it isn't a terribly productive or positive way to spend one's energy.
This isn't my mindset personally and I'm not saying every guy out there should make it theirs. I remember those who have treated me cruelly but I've made a point of moving on, up, and away from them, not simply stewing in hopes they "get theirs" so I can have my "revenge" - that's why I eventually found my way to this forum and dedicated myself to self improvement, travel, and other means of bettering my situation.
That cruel treatment motivates me, but not in the sense that I'm hoping for their failure - rather, it motivates me to be more successful myself. In that sense, I suppose I am seeking some form of vengeance, but that vengeance comes purely in the form of my own success and building myself into the absolute best I can be. She may never get her "comeuppance", but I will greatly improve myself and prove once and for all to myself and anyone who meets me from that point forward, that I'm worthy of better treatment than what I got from her. The girl who treated me that way may never know what I achieve, but at the end of the day the successes (economic, personal, social, professional, etc) I build in the wake of their treatment cancels out any negative treatment I suffered and proves how unwarranted it was.
Basically, female cruelty (and male too, but that's a different story for another post lol) has put a chip on my shoulder. I've been using it to good effect for pretty much all my adult life now. Part of the fuel comes from the gnawing feeling that if I don't excel (and, more so, if I fail instead), I feel like I've proven that those who treated me a certain way were right to do so. That's the last thing I ever want to do.
I recommend all men focus on that approach - success is the best revenge, IMO. Use cruelty as a fuel for your own growth, not as an excuse to sit and stew. Even if a certain individual who caused that cruelty never gets that direct comeuppance, it is always good to know that your own life (via your success) is a direct refutation of their cruel/dismissive treatment and to know that you've personally risen above that level.
I mention the story I mentioned not to suggest that everyone begin hoping for cosmic justice as the be all/end all and sit/stew waiting for their tormentor to start crying, but simply to let folks know that, contrary to popular belief, it does exist. Some women do get their comeuppance and they do connect that to some men in their past. You shouldn't be counting on that comeuppance (because that isn't productive, many women never see it, and, in the cases where they do, you'll almost certainly never know when a woman has received said comeuppance because she won't tell you), but it does exist in some cases. That's all.
Quote:On the white girl question:
I come from an environment where my dad, grand dad and uncle would joke constantly about how slutty and easy white girls were so I have always felt VERY entitled to white girls since they led by example. My dad even told me, "you're gonna like them for a while then they're gonna get weird on you and you're gonna stop chasing them."
Prophetic.
Quote:He was totally right. But I tend to find that black dudes from more hood environments seem to do well with white girls simply because they don't give a shit. I am not hood but a large portion of my family comes from a pretty hood city so I think their attitude about white girls definitely left a mark on me til this day.
That's a key issue. Guys raised in the sort of way I was have a tendency to just give too many fucks. It's hard to shed this tendency - I'm working on it and have definitely released a few fucks in recent years, but I still think I give more than I should. Never had that inner city/ghetto influence in my life to imbue me with the no-fucks-given mentality I think one really needs to thrive in this particular dating market.
Quote:A big problem with many american white girls is that they innately see themselves as higher than black dudes and that can cause a lot of problems sadly.
This shit's infuriating but, again, it can work as good fuel for self-improvement if you can turn it around and see it for the BS it is rather than letting it trap you in self-deprecating anger/misery. I've often used that treatment (both individually and from a wider societal perspective) as motivation for my own growth. There's even a piece of me that kind of enjoys fucking with them now and countering preconceived notions of men who look like me.
Observe these basic Long Island-looking white chicks WIA posted earlier:
I know these types of women well - they're pretty much the default in every major city in the Northeast corridor. The ones I run into are usually in the 24-28 range, did their high school in some NYC-metro (LI, NJ, or CT) suburb, graduated on to schools like Hofstra or Fordham, majored in marketing or business strategy, and make $55-80k a year working some gig in the city (paralegal, marketing, etc, etc).
As kirdiesel noted earlier, these are prime "I ain't fucking with you"-type chicks for any black male walking around the city. Why? Because they not only live in their all-white worlds as WIA notes, but because, subconsciously or consciously, they look down on black men. You're beneath them. They're the prize and, as far as they are concerned, you can't earn them.
I know that when I get near them they're expecting me to have a certain kind of background and professional career with a certain amount of money (read: inferior to them or, at least, inferior to the men they consider "worthy"). They have their high and mighty idea of me and what I probably am, and that's how they've formed their conclusions about their superiority to me and men like me.
Then they're slowly exposed (usually not directly by me, but through casual observation or through conversation with those who know me) to everything in my life that contradicts their preconceived notions. My academic pedigree is superior to theirs, my place is nicer than theirs, my job is more prestigious than theirs, and I make as much money as any one of them and their 2 to 3 roomies combined. None of the men she's looking past me for (because they "look the part") are even on my level professionally, financially, etc.
It fucks with them and their prejudicial BS, and I love that. It isn't even so much that I want to get at them after they've realized all the above. Quite the contrary - as I said earlier, I'm kinda tired of these chicks. The prevalence of this higher-than-thou mentality among so many white American females should, in my mind, have a lot of black men (no matter how successful they are) questioning the wisdom of putting a lot of effort into chasing down white American women. Shit's seeming less and less worth it to me every day.
But I still love fucking with their heads. I know that the more I improve and excel in all measures, the more their world view gets fucked with. At a certain point, my entire existence is effectively trolling them. Every so often, I get the pleasure on a night out/social event of seeing their faces/body language as the realization of just how off their prejudicial BS was dawns on them. I'm not gonna lie, I enjoy that.
Quote:I wish I had more to share on bagging white girls. I know way more about bagging asians (specifically mainland Chinese) these days.
Might have to pick up some of that intel later. Gotta get my ass out east.
