I've tried messaging a few on the Bangkok expats Facebook group but half of them want more per hour than it costs for private tuition at an accredited school

I'd say anywhere between Phrom Phong and On Nut is ok, as Nana and Asoke has too many tourists and rip off taxi drivers

Thong Lor is a great place to live if you have a bigger budget. I like it for the fact there's a Villa, Tops and Foodland (I cook a lot).

As for private tutors, you can get them for around 300-500b/hr but they won't be amazing. Try reposting again in the Facebook group, also worth posting a listing on Craig List for one.

I've got a trial lesson with one today for 350 baht p/h from FB so will see how that goes. Have also got a list of names off craigslist to try.

Worst case, Duke language school on soi 13 does private tuition for 500 p/h but I plan on doing around 10 hours per week so if I can save 1000/1500 each week and not have to keep travelling back and forth to the school it would be better!

About to wrap up my week trip to BKK. Really not even close tinder is where it's at. Pipeline one week before gather 20-40 contacts and just set up dates.

Nightlife carousel matches tinder quite well. Funny I matched with a few hotties who go to demo quite often. Demo has much higher quality then route 66 and very few foreigners.

Airbnb isn't supposed to be for long-term leases. You can find plenty of listings on the Facebook expat groups and Prakard, but most Thai owners will want a 1 year contract. If you shop around and negotiate you should be able to find 6 months, but the price might be slightly higher than for 1 year.

About finding a condo. It is much easier if you know where you want to stay. Hipflat is a good site to look, if choosing map view. When you know what/which condos you want to stay in you can contact the agents. Prakard is a good site. Google the name of the condo you want to stay and prakard do find the subforum. It's all in Thai but should not be too hard to navigate. Contact the owners and have them take you for viewings. Some of them like condo256 just have a few shitty rooms. Be clear with what you want, do not let them waste your time. I have some requirements like washing machine and good view. If they start showing you rooms which does not follow your requirements just skip that agent and speak to the next one.

After my recent trip to Bangkok (3rd year in a row, for a total of about a month), I can confirm that it's definitely no longer pussy paradise for a short-term bang trip unless you're only going after pros, semi-pros and 5/10 farang hunters who have taken 100 other foreign cocks before you. I can still see good looking Koreans, Chinese and Japanese men with their shit together doing well in Bangkok, but there's just to much of a stigma against other nationalities nowadays so it's game over for us.

Like I said, you can probably still do well with the right connections and status but for the average visitor, even the young, attractive ones, it's probably not worth the battle. I actually back myself to do much better in the west as a good looking, white guy. At least there you're not fighting an uphill battle against stigmas and most bitches don't care about their reputation or are actually encouraged by their friends to get with "the hot guy".

In saying this, I did have a load of fun, have some memorable stories to tell, ate some amazing food, and banged a lot of average quality Thai sluts. The islands were better though and I picked up all sorts of different flags there.

Don't think it's me. I've literally been asked to model on a couple of occasions, have done well in Bangkok previously and also clean up on the Thai islands and other places so certainly don't lack game.
