Just got out of an LTR, at a very young age (20), I work nights full time, have my own space which I share with a dog.

I don't own social media, was heavily involved in drugs and recently got out of prison.

I'm good looking, draw from my multitude of experiences and am able to make friends and enemies pretty easily haha

My main goals over the next few months are;

1. Get as fit as I used to be
2. Possibly fuck a coworker
3. learn how to live by myself
4. create a legal side earner


Do you have any advice in terms of meeting more girls due to my work schedule and home responsibilities? Should I get a smart phone and use tinder? Should I fuck coworkers?

Ideally looking for any general life advice from western european males, aged between 30-50

Generally speaking, it's not a good idea to "shit where you eat" so I'd avoid fucking co-workers. Have you considered finding a different job that keeps more regular hours? Then, you'd at least have your nights free to game. Sounds like a good starting point to me.

I'm looking to move onto days, but finding work has been exceptionally hard for me due to a criminal record, and i'm getting a decent wage here.


I was seeing this spanish girl from work, 9 years older than me, but she called it off earlier today, I was sure i was gonna be licking her asshole by the end of the week so its a bit of a bummer.

I'd probably fuck a chick 10+ years older than me, but I seriously doubt I'd ever pursue a monogamous relationship with one. It just depends on what you're looking for -- do you just want a companion or are you looking to have kids at some point? With an older chick, you're going to feel pressured to start a family much sooner, as her biological clock will be running out of time fast. If you're not opposed to kids, but aren't looking to have them right away, I'd recommend going with a younger chick. Actually, I'd recommend going with younger chicks anyway. It all depends on the girl, of course, but they tend to be much sweeter with far less baggage and are usually more attractive.

your comment about baggage... i've got some baggage, if you were to meet me without knowing what ive been through in the past 2 years you'd probs think i'm a bit of a strange cunt, which most people do. but its been working in my favour i feel, my stories melted a few hearts haha

There isn't anything wrong with having gone through hard times in life. "Character is forged in the fires of adversity," after all. The difference between men and women in this regard, and I'm generalizing here, is that men have more of a tendency to learn from their mistakes and grow from those experiences than women. Women are more apt to try and escape culpability by blaming others for their problems -- which, of course, is ineffective at solving anything. This trait leads to women becoming more and more bitter as they age, whereas red pill men become better.

1) It sounds like you really need this job since it is difficult for you to find employment elsewhere. Because of this, I would be careful about fucking coworkers. That can bring drama that might land you in hot water, even if you did nothing wrong. Rumors that reach your boss could give him a reason to either transfer you or ax you. Managers hate unnecessary drama and will work to prevent it.

2) When I used to work nights I had a lot of downtime. Not sure if you do too. If you do, then installing OKC and Tinder could help you find some girls. You can spend your downtime swiping right and left and messaging girls.

3) Use down time to work on that secondary income.

4) If you do decide to fuck your coworkers, find bars nearby that serve alcohol in the early morning hours. Get them to go grab a drink with you after work.

If it's hard to find work but the pay is decent at your job, then yeah, don't shit where you eat.

Get your self in a comfortable positions first, in the meantime you can start swiping girls on Tinder and probably get a zero date bang routine with girls local to you.

If youre handsome and you just want to get laid get on okcupid or some other online dating site and you can fuck 30 year olds all day long.

Try to get your record expunged or look for work at a smaller business and work your way up. A lot of smaller businesses dont give a shit about criminal records unless you murdered someone.
