Actually...I will say, pretty much all of my social circle notches in NYC was influenced heavily by my "SMV" - one notch in particular was with a girl I went to college with who got with dudes there who were of a higher social tier, but then outside of college, night of the bang that we met up she was pretty much throwing it at me.

All the more proof that a man should get his paper/frame up before chasing tail - most importantly you have paper & frame, and that really helps for having the "buyers mentality" WIA has taught.

Nothing wrong with college girls but I wouldn't want to be in an area with ONLY college girls. I feel like it makes the social circles harder to penetrate.

I'd rather be in a city with more of a mix of young adults and college kids than a purely college town.

Moma, it is important to have a car here because not all of the top talent lives in the city which makes anything outside the perimeter (the highway that surrounds the city) pretty much off limits. If your game is real tight, chicks will still fuck with you if you don't have a car.

Travesty, I will check out the Santa Barbara area if I can while I'm in San Diego in a couple of months. I'm really feeling the SoCal lifestyle but the high cost of living and potential dearth of dating options is really giving me pause. I'm about to quit my job in a few months to do full time consulting and work on some projects so hopefully I can get out to Cali once or twice more this year.

Definitely didn't mean to sound down on Atlanta on the whole since there is great stuff going on here. I loved it the first couple of years living here when I wasn't going into an office everyday. The combo of a day job, working nights/weekends on side projects, and having a steady girl for the last couple of years has killed most of my energy to go hunting for pussy. Once the spring sets in, the skirts get shorter, and I have more free time, I'll feel better about the place.

I've been to Santa Barbara several times, grew up in So Cal, had multiple close friends who attended the CC and the UC there.

There's major colleges in San Diego but nobody would call it a college town.

Santa Barbara however, is a college town. The social circumstances of most of the 18-20 somethings in Santa Barbara revolves around being a student there.

To say otherwise is false advertisement. Good surf doesn't change that fact.

Went out to a Black club in D.C. last night. I've never seen a higher concentration of 6+ feet guys, 200+ lbs, jacked, low body fat, etc. in my life. If WIA is pulling in that environment as an average sized man, he is doing amazing. It's difficult to stand out there with so many big guys and real pro athletes.

What's the strategy in that environment when you aren't a physical beast or a baller? My best guess is to be aggressive but not like the other men. Less direct game since all the men there are doing that. Dance floor skills help.

Think we've talked about this earlier in the thread, but it's about showing your own kind of value and working the club. If you have that many above average dudes in a room why not make friends?
