So there is this girl I dated some time ago I always suspected she was seeing another guys, last week I saw some pictures of her on social media, and she looked very good, so I started to talk to her again and invited her out, she told me she was kind of busy, I know she gets money from her parents and barely does anything so I was like "yeah I'm pretty sure that your life must be very exhausting" and she laughed invited me to her house the next day I couldn't make it because the next day I was really tired.

Today I called her, I barely heard her voice and suddenly a guy picked up and asked on an aggressive way "who is this?" "what do you want?" I know "they always have a guy" but this was the first time I got confronted by the other guy, I just said I must have called the wrong person and hung up I heard him say something like "yeah right...". How do you handle this situations? to be honest I don't care too much about her to get into a fight, I assume if the guy picked up the phone he has an LTR with her or at least is attempting it. Should I forget about her?

Let's say you were successful at being able to get her out for drinks or something, what happens when this guy shows up unexpectedly because it turns out he's been secretly following her around town. This isn't about being "alpha" or "beta," it's about not having to potentially deal with some fucking unhinged douche just to try and snag some poon.

This is a disaster waiting to happen, forget about her and pursue some new prospects instead.

Almost certainly is her boyfriend. A guy attempting it would not answer her phone.
You handled it good, do no insist in calling. Wait a few days and ask if she has boyfriend, just to confirm.

I guess it depends, I really never got into a fight with her, so I didn't have a strong reason to not call her, we just stopped hanging out because we worked at different hours which made really difficult for us to meet, since I just got free from some responsibility this days I figured "why not?" I guess I have a reason to not do it now, I don't really care about her that much, I was just curious about how most guys handle this kind of situations.

I think you are completely right, I haven't come across a jelous boyfriend before, I know if it was me I would just leave her and find another one, but I must always remember that there are some thirsty angry guys out there, who can't just talk to a new girl on the street.

I say forget her, that type of girl will never be someone your going to 100% trust. If shes lying to him about you, who knows how many others there have been or are likely to be in the future. Its not worth the headache or the heartache.

IMO it defo sounds like a boyfriend being lied to and cheated on, you should feel sorry for him and be thankful you aint him. He did you a favor.

Why did you hung up? if he is her boyfriend, she should tell you by herself, but since you hung up you lost your frame so move on.
