Harvard cross-country team is put on probation for having a "sexist" culture
Quote: Harvard University has placed its men's cross country team on athletic probation after school lawyers found that the 2014 team made "crude and sexualized" documents about the women's cross country team.

Harvard Athletic Director Robert Scalise sent an email to team members Friday night. He says no problems were found with the current team and they've been truthful and forthright about shortcomings in the team's culture.

Probation means the runners' behavior will be monitored.

Scalise had asked for an investigation after The Harvard Crimson student newspaper reported that the men's team produced yearly spreadsheets about the women's team, sometimes rating appearances and making lewd comments.

Harvard canceled its men's soccer season this fall after finding that soccer players created a similar document with sexually explicit comments about women's soccer players.

Harvard just fixed all sexism and rape culture by repressing sexual expression. Good Job!

Those no longer sexiest men will now rate women solely on their IQ and GPA. A brave new world!

very soon rating women based on their IQ will be considered very "bigoted" and very discriminatory, because it is well known that
on average, women have about 15-20 points lower IQ than men

Actually that's not true. The average female IQ and the average male IQ are pretty much the same, but there is greater variation in male IQ. This means that there are more men who are geniuses, but also more men who are retards.

Men overall may have an average IQ 2 or 3 points higher than women, but definitely not 15-20 points.

From Wikipedia:
Quote:The average IQ scores between men and women have little variation. However, the variability of male scores is greater than that of females, resulting in more males than females in the top and bottom of the IQ distribution.

For actions in fucking 2014! Probably none of those people are on the current team!

What a fucking joke.

The real question is, who is snitching? Honestly I don't trust the people within these teams anymore. There will be plenty of gay team members, and plenty of SJW snitches in these teams these days. I was on such a team in college, and the culture changed so drastically even from just 2011-->2013, it was crazy.

False rape propaganda, gender sensitivity, etc are all completely embraced by these teams. It's not a safe place for a straight man to be anymore.

No honor.

The only positive i can hope from this is that it might turn 1-2 of the team members over to the red pill.

You don't get there till you get there

What's better? Having sex with hot women? Or being a Harvard-approved eunuch. The ban is a badge of honor

That's not true, I know one woman in one of my classes who is a Ph.D Math student so therefore according to the university's new definition of the Gaussian distribution every single woman is either equal to or more intelligent than all men.

I'm pretty young and I remember a time when society was not out to get people for things they said in private conversations.

My god, if some of the shit I've joked about with friends was ever recorded and made public, I'd be a goner. I have a feeling that's true for most people. Those who are outraged about things like this are generally pretty hypocritical.

That said, these kids should know better than to put that kind of stuff in writing given the current climate.

Richard Nixon once called Harvard, “the Kremlin on the Charles."

Their current president is a nutjob who has banned fraternities and final clubs.

What are the odds this affects athletes' choice of schools? Or even if they turn pro (such as basketball, baseball or soccer, to name a couple viable options)?

Right now, if I were a high school student being recruited by Harvard and I saw this, I'd strike them from consideration. How would they guarantee that I'd even have a team to compete on by the time I graduated?

If I were in a sport where 18 year olds can go pro, why even bother with college? Baseball in th US has 5 levels of pro ball where you can ply your trade. Soccer has an insane amount of leagues and levels all over the world, it could be rather easy to find gainful employment.

I think harvard can do things like this because they have the money too.

Harvard doesn't have to worry about sports revenue because of their endowment.
