I've hit sub 73kg earlier this week. Earlier than expected. Definition wise I'm not where I want to be yet, so I'm extending it to a 12 week cut, hopefully hitting 71kg. 4 more weeks!

9 weeks into my Adonis shred and these cuts are coming in deeper than the Baltic seas. My gift from the gods was this blessed block of heathen marble.. My curse from the gods is that I must sculpt it with my bare hands.

Starting a mini-cut for four weeks. Gained some weight working out less due to back problems and letting my diet go because of less time to meal prep due to my job and other commitments.

Doing RFL. Expecting to lose 10-15 lbs.

It's very extreme, but I've done it 4 times before with minimal issues. If previous runs are any indication I'll lose 10-15 lbs in 4 weeks.

I'm personally lowering my food intake and adding cardio to my weekly routine. I will start counting macros at the start of january.
