I spent some time in Spain this summer again and noticed a marked increase in North Africans all over the place. They are keeping a low profile at this point but I did see them linger around street corners and such which tells me that they are busy organizing the drug trade and other types of illegal activities. There are some who just sell shit on the street - of course that's illegal as well but it's mostly condoned.
