So I've just returned from kyiv and had absolutely no success. I'm looking for a country/city in EE where women are actively looking for westerners. Kyiv might once have been that way but it isn't now unfortunately.

So where should I go? Lviv? Baltic states?

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Such thing does not exist.

But for your information Baltic states are way worse than Ukraine.
You can do well in both Lviv and Kiev if you are willing to work for it and not expect girls jumping on your lap.

Here's my advice:
-Use the search function
-Write a data sheet on your travels
-Post a little more about how you look (eg style, height) nuand your approaches

After you have done all this, maybe more of us will be inclined to help you.

OP, it's a bit frustrating when people start an entire thread asking for help when they haven't done anything on the forum and sound like they want easy answers.

What you're trying to accomplish requires hard work. So why not try putting some in?

Depends on your tastes I personally would Pick Latvia or Estonia over Ukraine. Availability you might be right though...
