RE: Sharp deterioration in UK dating market over the last 12 months
With worldwide urbanization in effect this is the trend in almost every country. What is described above sounds more severe and extreme than the US, however it is still pretty bad here. Quality women over 23 are very, very difficult to find in certain regions of the United States. When I say quality I am talking about attractive, fit, intelligent girls with low bitch shields. Try meeting quality girls in Nebraska or Alabama past the age of 25. When I have been in places like Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, or NYC meeting quality girls is not an issue and these women are more open to a short term fling rather than a serious, long term relationship. However, when I go to a city that is lower on the socioeconomic scale things get tough really quick. The social circles are smaller and more difficult to break into, bitch shields very high, and there are beta male bitches circling every female regardless of whether she is fat or fit. So for what it's worth we feel your pain.

RE: Sharp deterioration in UK dating market over the last 12 months
Ive noticed this in numerous cities, and think it's Tinder and the like that is the real culprit. Said the same thing on the Daygame thread, rather than just reiterate it, here it is. Probably more pertinent here anyway...
I think i may be getting a little cynical about game in 2016. When Daygame first was popularised around 2010, there was no Tinder. Women were still dealing with a relative scarcity of 'new guys' from outside their immediate circles. So whether at a bar or in the street, meeting a new, somewhat anonymous guy was something more valuable. Now even a 6 has a surplus of choice from the comfort of her sofa, swiping on Tinder. This goes up exponentially based on her attractiveness.
So a random approach was more valuable to a woman back then, as she had less available options. Now essentially it's like just another guy swiping right, although in a more dynamic fashion (in a positive light), or in a weird creepy one (depending on how the girls views it).
Therefore the value in Daygame i feel has fallen fairly dramatically since back then. The rise in it's popularity, and saturation in parts of EE (where i live) at this time is just another aspect of this.
I certainly feel the terrain these days is way less suited to someone with good skills standing out from the crowd and being able to punch above his weight with women. If anything i think Tinder and the like even things out, meaning people now end up with more balanced matches. 6s and 6s, 7s and 7s and so on.
But yeah, this nostalgia probably isn't healthy. We are where we are, and i guess we just need to do the best we can and get on with it.

RE: Sharp deterioration in UK dating market over the last 12 months
Deterioration in the dating market is due to lack of fertile age decent women, that is 18-25 with long hair, not fat and no self body mutilation (tats, facial piercings etc...). Then what is left of that demographic is still being pumped and dumped by the competing high value men, tinder and online dating speeding this process up. There is no one left to procreate except the lower class (think the chavs, drug abusers, people on the doll etc...), the middle class still live with their parents, date with no intention of procreation and struggle to get by financially, they live in captivity and humans are terrible at procreating in captivity.
The UK needs an economic collapse, particularly in London as it is still the UK's economic life blood, when safety cant be guaranteed in that city anymore (likely to happen the more the lower class muslims continue to breed), more and more companies will pull out, taking their businesses to other more attractive areas. Under normal circumstances the economic collapse would bring more modesty to the dating market during the recovery phase due to increased poverty etc... reliance on strong men would emerge and natural gender roles fall into place (you see examples of this throughout history, e.g. the fall of the soviet union). However these arent normal circumstances, the demographic situation in the UK is so bad, civil war so likely, that the UK might never see a return to what we native brits consider normal. Things can only get worse, and will remain as such.

Sounds like you need to evolve. If whatever you are doing is no longer producing the desired results maybe it's time to hit new pastures new. There are lots of different places to meet women, think about which ones appeal to you and fit your life.
Many factors come into play in my opinion , clubs closing , pubs being turned into coffee shops / houses etc. Live music venues closing down . . Logistics are getting tougher then there's the girls themselves and to a lesser extent the guys ...
The chicks that frequent venues that close simply go elsewhere. There are still no shortage of pubs, clubs and venues in UK towns and cities.
The guys 18-25 who are out are mostly metro sexual / homo types that seem to alternate between beta social circle game and flat out idiot game with little inbetween .
This reads a bit like you are complaining about the competition being weak or predictable, surely in this scenario you can calibrate your image and approach to stand out from the crowd.
'Old skool ' charmer style players seem to be at the bottom of the bang pile with the hotter younger chicks at least , image is king now and being on point with all the latest fads / media trends seems to go a long way .
I work with younger guys 18-22 and they turn up to work ( engineering ) in skinny jeans and use hair spray , glued to their eye phones constantly having 'banter' with 5-6's they've met online or through social circle .
These chicks need more than charm to drop their drawers. Surely that's not a surprise? Read the forum.
Image is very important but unless you are very good looking it should only be the starting point of any guys development. Are you saying that because young guys nowadays have style, and are down with technology and social media that game no longer works? Self development is king here.
Getting an old skool ONS bang seems to be dying out , chicks are far more occupied with the drama of the night and social circle crap than getting laid , obviously there are out piers but it's defo harder .
Ok so I'm a bit older now but i do try to sink to their level for the night and still get sketchy results .
You are saying that chicks no longer want to get laid. Listen to yourself. Are you for real?
It sounds like you no longer enjoy the environments you frequent, and no longer get the results you want by frequenting them, time to move on.
In summary im sure its not just the UK but I support the original statement , boozey old skool nights out aren't what they used be , times
Be changing and the game is rapidly becoming one I can't be bothered to play
Times are a changing. That's what happens in life. Get used to it and think about making some changes yourself.

@lagaluvin
Read what I said . I said that the priorty seems to have shifted from the traditional 'let's get laid Saturday night vibe ' to more of a social drama / scene event . I didn't say girls don't want to get laid , I clearly said there are out liers and yes obviously game still works to a certain degree but the desirable 18-25 age range do not know any different when it comes to how these dudes are behaving .
Yes 'being different ' as you put it can and has worked but the vast majority simply do not respond to anything that's not cookie cutter / banter /generic .
If that's your thing , great . I've done fine over the years with my own niché and game style I was merely making an observation which others seem to agree with .
To say there's still plenty of venues is ridiculous as it depends where you live , in my town / city the night life venues have literally halved in quanitity over the years , there's towns nearby that have next to nothing .
You would think that this would pack out the remaining venues but this doesn't seem to be the case , it's just average . Sure , go to London and go to places every night of the week but that's not representative of most of the rest of the country .
I'm fortunate to have travelled all over the U.K. With work and have been out in dozens of towns and cities , my comment was based on personal experience on the front lines.
Adaption is part of it , you are correct and obviously steps are taken to do this .
I don't know anyone young or old that is consistently killing it with girls regularly on Friday / sat nights like a few years back but hey you seem to know your stuff so maybe you could start a thread on UK 18-25 game and share your knowledge , I'm all ears , seriously .

RE: Sharp deterioration in UK dating market over the last 12 months
Hey Rod, don't take it personally. I thought your post came across a little negative, hence why I said you should consider finding a new scene rather than lament the good old days. It seemed clear to me that you're not really getting as much out of your old haunts, habits and methods as you used to.
With regards to venues I would agree that where you live has a huge bearing but that's always been the case, maybe it's more pronounced in your neck of the woods. I live in a city centre where the nightlife is good but I'm from a small town so I do get what you're saying, younger girls from my home town will travel into the city centre which is about 45 minutes away by car or train for a night out leaving their home town seriously lacking for quality options, if that's what's happening in your area you don't have much of a choice but to follow them if you want to carry on hitting up pubs and clubs. I don't think it's unreasonable to say that it's possible to find some good nightlife if you live within an hour or so of a city such as Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham, London, Brighton, Cardiff or Nottingham to name a few. If you don't live within travelling distance of a city in the UK I would seriously question your choice of base. It's no secret that small towns have limited options.
I don't know anyone that is consistently killing it with girls at the weekends either but that is mainly because I'm a bit older and have moved on from hitting bars at weekends. Plus the guys I know that used to kill it are pretty much settled down now with wives and kids. Night game is not my scene and I'm glad.
You say the game is becoming one you don't want to play, what are your plans? I'm also looking to expand my horizons and have a few ideas of how to do this over the next few months, I'm open to ideas. I accepted some time ago that I had fallen out of love with the pub/club scene.

(09-26-2016 02:13 PM)LondonEuropean Wrote: Now.. one of my observations is that back 15 years ago, the women in London used to put in some effort into dressing up when going to work, e.g. by wearing nice and sexy high-heel shoes or boots. Remember that time? Now if you look at them in the morning rush hour - compare to what they used to be like! There is a startling difference.
What is going on though? Why is it that they think there is no more need to look their best?
They now realise who holds the power in the dating game. Even average overweight chicks are spoiled for choice these days.
About a year ago I got chatting to chick online from my home town, quite a pretty face say about a 7, or so I thought. We messaged back and forth for a little while but when I asked for the number I got radio silence, never mind I thought and moved on.
Well who did I bump into about a month or two later? Only when I saw her in the flesh I was horrified I'd ever asked for her number, she was short, overweight and any looks she had once had were faded and touched up with heavy make up. I wouldn't have given her a second glance in the street, yet there she was online taking her pick. I had a let off but there are plenty of guys out there who would be happy to take her home at the end of a night.
It was quite gratifying to look her in the eye, give her a knowing smirk and watch her look away.
If this behaviour happens with below average women, how do you think a truly hot woman perceives the world?
