Damn. I'm glad I made this post. You are right in just about every way possible. It's only once I've cooled off from the anger and started thinking more rationally that I'm seeing that I'm behaving like a total loser.

Bottom line is yes I am mesmerized by her looks. Admittedly, my high notch count does not contain more than just a small handful of 8's and 9's and the rest are 6's and girls I wouldn't want to fuck more than once (you probably already gathered that however). So when a really attractive girl DOES come along, I get very needy and beta and back to my old chump ways. The biggest thing that makes me feel like she has higher value than me is the fact that her phone is being blown up 24/7 from so many guys trying to hit her up. It gives me anxiety and turns me into an insecure loser.

Funnily enough, if you look at my post history, I made a thread a few months ago about being ghosted by a girl that I fucked that I considered a "10" in my eyes. I acted the same way and totally scared her away, only banged her once and we essentially never spoke again.

I'm 22, she's 18.

I was asking if I should just completely ghost her or if I should "put my pride aside" and at least still talk to her just to fuck her and then ghost her afterwards.

But the guys gave much better responses that essentially reshaped by question. Bottom line is I should have acted unfazed and just proceeded to fuck her anyways. It's me catching feelings for this girl so early and pedestalizing her that is the cause of my problems.

So the two options you are giving yourself are:
1. Stop talking to her.

I'm not so sure you can make mindset changes by reading. You have to live your own life instead of relying on what others say. Me writing, and you reading, does nothing if you can't see it.

You have to make mistakes in your own life and learn from them. You're only 21, you're young. Life is still going to kick your ass and bring you to your knees, being a man is learning to stand up when that happens. And after you hurt enough people in life and see enough death and sadness, you start to change. But you're going to have to walk that path first. Maybe give the girl a chance, you might actually like her and if you get hurt, it's part of the process, there's going to be hundreds of women after her and she'll eventually just be a memory that you can't even put a face to. But don't intentionally try to hurt someone.

Somewhat reminded me of a situation of my own a few weeks ago.

A girl comes up to me at my regular bar on a Saturday night. I've met her a couple of other times briefly (a few months back) at another nightclub in the area, "Are you Prof. Ligate from Snapchat??". Gives me a hug and a kiss on the cheek. I was out with my little brother who I'm just easing into game now (he's 19 and I'm 24).

*Funny thing about this girl was that just a couple of nights prior we were going through my snapchat and I mentioned of this one smoking 20yo girl who views every single one of my snaps. I tell him that's the kind of girl I would like to have in my life (looks and demeanour). We tag her in some memes on Facebook (#game2016) and leave it at that. My main girl was going back to Belgium in 2 weeks so I'd been slowly keeping good leads on the backburner*

Anyway, back to the night of snapachat girl. I'm out for a big night with my brother and a mixed group of friends... she's on a work outing... so we leave it at that.

Cue to 3am and I'm now out solo talking to a French girl who I've met out previously. My friends and I are all scattered at different clubs and bars. Trying to get the French girl away from her away from her orbiter friends when I receive some messages from my little brother saying he's with the Snapchat girl and she's asking where I am. He says he'll bring her to me at the club I'm at. He does so.

This girl is TRASHED. I'm a little high (reserve judgment pls) so I suggest we go back to meet up with my group of friends at another club. We go. We get drinks. We go out to the smokers.

Then some little Prince Harry Looking motherfucker puts her on the spot (that she works with) to come home with him at the club while I'm talking to my friends. She says she's leaving and part of me dies. I know that back when my game was smooth a few months back I would have just took her home from the club my little brother took her to so she could meet me. Why'd I venue change to meet up with my friends? Why didn't I take her home? A hundred questions of doubt running through my head.

Am I going soft? Not a savage anymore?
Is my game getting shit?

Then it hits me that it's more of a double edged sword. Maybe a bit of maturation.

Yes, my game should of clearly been tighter.

BUT..
Is the type of girl who gets trashed to the point where she doesn't know where she is or who she's going home with the type of girl you want in my/ your life?
When she texted me the next day apologising should I give her the validation of replies even though she cucked me?
Would there have been no repercussions to banging a girl that trashed?

Answer: a clear NO

If I see her out again, sure, I'll test the waters. Committing any of my valuable time to a run-of-the-mill slut you haven't yet banged however?

My Detroit Playas - its funny you say that because I recently broke things off with a girl that was incredibly sweet, loyal, caring and completely 100% about me simply because I wanted to be with other more attractive girls. I'm starting to feel really immature about this, but I still value physical beauty more than anything else in my partner.

Prof. Litgate - I definitely can empathize with you when she said she texted you the next day. You want to keep your pride and just not talk to her anymore. If you value physical beauty above anything else in your partner you will surround yourself with hot nutcases until you realise that's not the way to grow. I'm not sure about you dude, but I got into this shit so I could improve the type of women I have in my life. It's pure economics of the sexual marketplace.

If your overall value of a man is an 8 and you want the beauty of a 10 as one of your girls... you're going to run into some trouble.

The only guys who I personally know that are banging 10s regularly are either:

Here's a point I agree with women on. A woman who you haven't banged...doesn't owe you a fucking thing. Even if she texts you paragraph after paragraph taking about how you're the only one for her, she wants to settle down with you, blah blah blah. Girls will talk with anyone and say stuff to anyone, man, especially young ones. I'm frankly a bit glad that the teens/early 20s demographic isn't really mine anymore.

If I've been texting with a girl for X number of weeks and she says she really wants me, but keeps blowing me off, and then I see her out with another dude, that's 100% on me. I played my cards and lost. If I see her again and she's down to get together at that point, that's fine. I honestly can't hold it against her.

Unfortunately, the way it is these days is that if you haven't put your dick in her, you DON'T have a relationship of any kind. Accept it, and understand that these girls who promise the world but never deliver are stealing time you could spend working girls who actually want to make something happen.

I've been in this situation too many times before. The pattern was the same though..

I liked the girl too much -> she enjoyed the attention and played hard to get -> I liked her more and tried harder -> she played harder to get -> I had enough and got detached emotionally -> I still gamed her but from different standpoint -> she was way more receptive -> We hooked up somewhere usually completely spontaneously.

Funny how it works.

The key thing is the mindset. Once I had enough I instantly got back on the right track which is not actually "right" per se but it works.

I'd say that this pride thing happens when you are too attached too soon. Trust me when you get over that first false image of a girl and get out of that haze and come back to the right state of mind you have no issue with your pride or ego even when you game a girl hard. You just enjoy the game itself and don't take seriously what happens.
