Had a few interventions, but they don't want to learn.

The dick wants what the dick wants.

I also get that no one wants to be lonely. Which I think is what drives a lot of this behavior.

But some folks feel lonely when they're merely just alone.

When you say lean on their money you mean they flex a lot? Such as spending a lot of money?

I got some homies that do something like that. Everytime they go out they are in a section buying bottles. Always in high rise condos. But damnit they always got a couple bad bitches with them. I cannot lie.

For me I'm a little bit more economical. I try to floss but reasonably.

Yeah thats running baller game. Bottle service, fancy apartments, expensive cars, hotel parties.... Very effective but also very expensive. Girls might be bad as hell but high propensity to get gold diggers.
NewDayNewFace 路 2016-08-17 19:42:00 路 #3002
Yea, very expensive. I can't even hang out with them all the time because they blow through major bread. One weekend I hung with them there was over 10 bottles in a span of 2 days. I'm telling you though the pictures of my boys showed me of Vegas was lit though. Threesome with 2 dime piece honies. But I know they are blowing thousands of dollars every weekend.

Most dudes rely on this tactic to get girls.

As a black man we should never play the money angle, even if you have money.

UPDATE: In the next podcast we will delve into this a bit more.

Athletes are a waste of time talking about, there is so much going on behind the scenes that we have no idea about. I am sure that lovely Estonian girl is with RG3 because of his dapper looks and sparkling personality.

Speaking of foreign girls, any of you been watching the Olympics? Damn, some of those female athletes do it for me, especially those track and field chicks.

@Newday

Roll up in the new Porsche, flashy watch, expensive shirt to the point of gaudiness, sushi dinner, back to the McMansion or downtown loft.

"I'm giving you a preview of what life is like as my woman"

Chick will be demure and play her part until she's in. Even a non gold digger broad might change her tune.

And then she ingratiates herself in his life. Church bells follow. And Mr. player is at her mercy. Soon as she ain't in love anymore, or the money isn't flowing like she thought it would, he's in trouble.

It's cliche. I've seen it happen more than a few times. I'm like dude, what are you doing? In one ear and out the other.

We all know ALL WOMEN love men with money but I feel like Euro women seem to care less about how much money you got than American women....

I dont have any data to back this up but its just a feeling I have here.

Isnt it important to sell the women the dream , just seems like we should never make that dream a reality though.

The dream, a preview, yes, but not of wealth.

That the chick's life improves, but not her literal fortunes.

Fundamental to old school pimp game is that giving the girl the feeling is more important than the stuff. She's paying to be around the pimp. He's making her feel something that's worth more than the cash.

It sounds crazy until you step back from it. You'll see lots of people giving up time and money for intangible feelings.

Our limited corner of the game is merely giving her that emotional rollercoaster for a bit of sex and maybe a sandwich made.

Back in my "living above my means" days, the poosy flowed freely from selling the dream. I drove an S-class, rented a penthouse and had various other flashy flare to get them biting. I wasn't wealthy, I was pretending and it worked well. However, it got to the point where I was putting more effort into pretending to be rich than actually working to get rich. I cut all that shit out and focused on stacking my bread. I drive a 10 year old car and could give shit less what a broad thinks now. The bottom line, poosy will drive a man to do all sorts of shit that is counter-intuitive to his best interest.
BassPlayaYo 路 2016-08-18 12:03:00 路 #3011
A 10 year old S-Class is still a sweet and impressive ride.
rudebwoy 路 2016-08-18 13:25:00 路 #3012
10 year old Benz driver here!

Trust me as long as they see the badge and the car is rust free, you are good.

06 S Class is sick, might be my next one. Maybe do some Uber on the side or Limo game.

As a older dude, I ain't trying to look like a sugar daddy either.

I don't talk about my ride, leave that to the young guys to brag and bore their dates with.

Personally, I think having a nice car is alright but those days of girls being impressed by it are gone. Of course it depends where you live, where I live bitches want to see that you have your own pad. Sometimes I think having a basement apartment might be more attractive than a nice ride.

Too many guys are spending money on flash rides in my area, sometimes I wonder if they are giving away white BMWs.
WestIndianArchie 路 2016-08-18 13:43:00 路 #3013
On the ride tip, I'm starting to look at ls swap BMWs. Saw a boxy 5 series (01-03) going for 18k.

A little bit rich, but probably bullet proof for at least ten years.

Not a chick magnet though.
rudebwoy 路 2016-08-18 14:04:00 路 #3014
@ Archie - that BMW is my favourite 5 series, the lines and the look are simply perfect.

I also like the BMW 7 series, from around 2006. Maintenance on that would scare me though.

Who knows what is a chick magnet? I hear they like SUVs....
DimeBait 路 2016-08-18 14:07:00 路 #3015
I didn't know LS swaps were a thing with BMW's. I googled and saw some youtube videos. They sound sick and looked crazy fast.
As for chick magnets, I get waay more play in my 1960 droptop than I have in any other ride. Can't go wrong with a classic!
MY DETROIT PLAYAS 路 2016-08-18 14:40:00 路 #3016
If you look close, you can spot the new money boys from a mile away - it's mostly all flash but how long will it last

The real money folders are frugal as fuck. That unassuming old-timer driving that late model Sonata, dressed in a wrinkled golf shirt and pleated Docker's is sitting on them M's in a lot of cases. He probably has stock options, belongs to the city board of directors and is still spending money from 88' 漏 Jay-Z

Meanwhile my "hoodrich" cousins are off at the dealership shopping for the latest Benz truck. Damn near paying a house note just to impress a chick. End up living in that muhfucka...

@Rude- when I went to ATL for the first time back in the early 90's I visited Piedmont Park. Even back then the sisters were pushing hotter rides then the fellas. The scales have been somewhat balanced because those same woman can afford most of the same shit. Back then if a bad chick was pushing a crazy whip it was assumed it was her mans.

Times done changed
MY DETROIT PLAYAS 路 2016-08-18 14:50:00 路 #3017
Since we are on the subject of whips, I just copped a 2000 Cadillac Deville that I'm customizing to my personal tastes. Basically done with car notes for now, I already rent my condo so I couldn't fathom throwing away any more money.

When I am ready to own again, i will be looking for a crib with a basement for entertaining friends & family
Chowder Head 路 2016-08-18 15:08:00 路 #3018
The most magnetic ride I ever had was a 92 red Jeep Wrangler w/a chrome grill/black convertible top/boomin system. I couldn't go anywhere without someone asking me about. Women used to wave me down to talk. The Jeep was unbelievable. I ruled the Bronx in that Jeep! One day my dad took it for a ride to the grocery store and a young woman approached him. He laughed and said that Jeep is a magnet. The only bad thing was it got broken into multiple times. I miss my Jeep. I just got a CTS-V and I get good feedback from it but its no Jeep Wrangler.

Yea man, them $600 car note days are long gone for me. By the time you're done, the car is chucked full of negative equity and basically worthless. My lady recently traded in her 08 E-class and had over $5k worth of negative equity on a 1% interest rate loan! Not to mention the over ten racks worth of maintenance she put into it by getting it serviced at the stealership. That's why I picked up a classic for my 40th bday because I knew it would increase in value, or at the very least, not depreciate.
MY DETROIT PLAYAS 路 2016-08-18 15:20:00 路 #3020
Back in 92' those joints were in demand (along with the kitted out Jeep Cherokee's)

You could fit a couple boys and a couple honeydips in the back and roll through the park at 2 miles an hour

Why did you trade it in? If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Dimebait, What kind of vehicle do you have? Is the maintenance on it expensive for older cars?

Those classics are magnets. You can't go anywhere -- men/women asking about the car constantly. I have a friend with a 70 chevelle -- its an attention getter. I can imagine a 60 drop.

My uncle had a 2000 Deville. He loved it. He bragged that all he had to do with it was change the oil and brakes -- very reliable.

The Jeep did break. Back then I was working as a salesman and driving all over Westchester County in NY. I put a ton of miles on it.

I've got Cadillac DTS now. I ditched that expensive ass S-Class awhile back after the airmatic system failed for the second time. I do like the newer 2014 S550's though, but it'll be a long time before I consider buying one. Maintenance is no big deal. The Northstar engine is a champ aside from the notorious oil leaks

The classic is a 1960 Impala. Weekend driver, maintenance is fun; spark plugs, wires, fluids etc.
