Ok, so my game is improving. That's the good news. I am meeting more girls, isolating, building attraction and dancing.

So now being cockblocked is a real pain in the ass. I am dancing with a girl, I turn my back for a second and then some asshole Polish dude grabs her and starts to dance. She stares at me sometimes, but sometimes she just makes eye contact with the cockblocker.

How do I deal with this in an Alpha way?

I know I need to seem unattached. I know neediness is the death of game. So my initial reaction of punching the guy out takes a backseat and I just stand there and let them dance. I pretend I don't give a shit. I wait until the song ends and then I gently grab her back.

A few times this backfires and she likes the new guy more and I never see her after they dance.

Any advice?

I think the less you know the girl the more you have to bite the bullet and be beta and mate guard. It's better to keep the girl around than it is to seem aloof. So just grab her back.

If you know the girl well then your tactic works better.

This isn't cockblocking.

Cockblocking is when a guy that has no chance to fuck the woman decides to ruin your chances too. What you're talking about here is just you being out-gamed by a stronger male. The thief is (perhaps) bluffing you. This kind of behaviour is the same as saying "step up to me or fuck off".

Those are your two choices by my count. Step up to him or fuck off.

The guys in question are using you as a stepping stool. They swoop in and demonstrate superior masculinity.
They get rejected? Whatever. Move on.
They're accepted? The woman recognises their hypermasculinity and he's getting laid.

If you think it's worth it then slide back in between them. Face her if you're willing to risk a shot to the back of the head. Face him if you're not.

If getting laid is not worth risking a fight for you then the thief obviously wants it more.

My non dance game is mediocre. Still learning. Getting better but I know I could improve.

My dancing skills are above average.

His dancing skills aren't very good.

Dance with other girls. She'll see you out on the dance floor having a good time. If she likes you more she'll go back to you. At least thats my angle. There are too many girls at a busy nightclub to be fretting over one getting sniped while you turn your back.

Yes, work on isolating. Get her outside to get some fresh air, smoke a cigarette, go for a walk. Move her to the bar and drink with her. Move her to an area where you guys are alone. Move her to the lounge area if there is one. Don't keep her on the dance floor if you're going to turn your back, even if for a second.

Lions have hyenas grab their still writhing around kill and they can't do shit about it if they turn their backs and let the hyenas have enough time to make off with it.

Need more information:

I don't see this as cockblocking... My friends and I called this "getting robbed"

How often and how soon is this happening into the interaction? This is typical at dancefloor heavy venues and I have also "robbed" other guys as well.

You are getting taken because you dont have enough attraction to make her stick to you.. you need to increase rapport with the girl while dancing at the same time....

Sometimes the guy was actually talking to her before you (got a head start) and came back for her when he saw you with her...
