No it's not your imagination. Cebu has never really been that good. Too many horny tourists, too many hard expat cocks, and relatively small "city" environment. Lots of poor people from all over the Visayas hustling in Cebu. Lots of money thrown around by said tourists. edit: I'll repeat this again too..Cebuanas are fucking awful. Good for flings occasionally but horrible for anything else.

No, it's not just you. I have seen the decline in how Filipinas act with my own eyes. 10-12 years ago there were numerous girls ready and willing to meet up with Mr. Foreigner and drop panties on the first night.

Today, girls are more picky, narcissistic, have more attitude and act like they are too good for you. Mind you, many of these girls are poor. I think the influx of foreigners throwing money at them is changing them.

You can still find nice girls out there but I don't think it is as easy as it was a decade ago.
