Most polls, before and after the migrant crisis, have shown that the great majority of the population is strongly against third world immigration in literally every European country except for Sweden.

A friend of mine was a leftist before the migrant crisis and all these terrorist attacks, but he has changed his stance on immigration heavily, he has literally said he wants all Muslims to be deported. He is still leftist economically, but he now recognizes that it can only work in high trust societies aka white countries.
I also see a lot of people who are still blind. These people tend to work in the public sector and live in homogenous towns outside of the city, just like those hypocritical Northern liberals in your country.
However, it doesn't really matter to me how many of them 'wake up' as long as most people will keep voting for the same old establishment parties. To me, people voting for the centre-right cuckersvative globalists are just as guilty as the ones voting for leftist parties. The only option is voting for nationalist parties and as long as the native population refuses to do that, I don't care 'how many people have woken up', they deserve everything that's coming to them.
You could say most people have woken up by now, judging by the Facebook comment sections of our biggest newspapers and news stations, but when they're in the voting booth again, most of them will be too cowardly to vote for real nationalist parties (Front National in France, FPÖ in Austria, Vlaams Belang in Flanders/Belgium) parties rather than cuckservatives (LR, ÖVP, N-VA).
I also frequent a Belgian football forum and its political subforum is quite leftist. Most of them actually recognize that the number of immigrants coming in is unsustainable and that Islam is a problem, but when you propose solutions such as these to them and suggest them to vote for nationalist parties they mock and ridicule you and give you the typical leftist responses we're all familiar with here.

No one is waking up, no hope in others. I hear more people saying that Nice was a false flag by Le Pen than blaming Islam or the treacherous elite. I lost all hope, this was said to me today by my closest one, from wich womb I was born. I am tired of arguments and beeing called a fascist. She has my unconditional love...but for me the stupidity is mindblowing. I am doing my part, thankfully my girl is likeminded.
I will keep my eyes and ears wide open, always kept, now more. I am on my own.

Some Europeans among my friends are waking up, recognizing the problem whereas they didnt do that before, but they are the minority. Most are still naive. Some I have found to be truly own-race-loathing and I can't hang out with these people anymore.
That said, I also have many anti-immigration friends that didnt had to wake up in the first place.
Do you guys troll ur naive friends? I do, but don't know whether it's so good for the friendships.

And the press is funny looking for a 'motive'. They come from violent cultures and Islam poisons the mind. There is no ISIS motivation necessary. Just as many Black Lives Matter shooters happen to have converted to Islam - this is not a coincidence. When you join a doctrine of war that dehumanizes all other groups and religious factions, then your inherent violent thoughts are given full green light to act upon them.
Ethics must be taught in some form or fashion for most humans - whether through a sane religion or broad ethical behavior by an enlightened society does not matter.
If you invite people into the country who have neither a secular nor religious fitting set of ethics, then this is the result.

The german police normally doesn't shoot. It's good they did.
Otherwise this extremist would have gone to luxury teenager jail for two years with a German course and a job education better than most real Ausbildungen.

Hollywood educated politician who thinks that cops will shoot into his hands like Wild West cowboys. Nevermind the fact that even such a good shot could endanger other citizens.
German cops may not shoot quickly, but they will kill you.
I had an experience a couple months ago. I traveled with a friend through Germany and we were stopped by 5 cop cars, because the rental agency had a dispute with the leasing company which in return went to the police and said that our rental car was stolen!
So the German police stopped us with 10 officers. While they did not have their weapons drawn, half of them had their hands on their guns. If we had moved in an aggressive way, then I am sure that we would have been riddled with bullets. If we had pulled a knife, axe or gun, then those nice German officers would have shot us right then and there. And justly so ...
But instead we cleared up the misunderstanding and the nice officers gave us tea and later drove us even to a Bavarian hotel joking and laughing about the entire thing.
Of course the Green politicians accuse the very same cops of racism and of being trigger-happy. They are just nuts.

German cops are actually amongst the nicest law enforcers I've had to deal with,but they will perform their duty without even a second thought if you re stupid enough to break the rules in front of them.

The 46-year-old woman and her three daughters - aged 14, 12 and eight - are said to have been targeted while holidaying near Laragne in Hautes-Alpes in southern France

The 37-year-old man has since been arrested following the incident at around 10am local time (9am UK time) this morning.
Police say the motive for the attack remains 'vague' but local media reports state the attacker had made references to the females being 'too lightly dressed'.
Local prosecutor Raphael Balland told the AFP news agency: "The motive of the attack is very blurred."
The 37-year-old man remains in custody following the incident at the VVF Villages Lagrand resort near Laragne in southern France.
The suspect and the victims are all believed to have been on holiday at the resort.
