It's now somewhat impossible to pipeline with Tinder. It uses WiFi and mobile network to find location and if those differ from GPS it'll give no results.
Is there any way to force it to get location from my fake GPS location? Anyone else have trouble with pipelining recently?
I jailbroke my iPhone and can spoof my GPS and use tinder in the spoofed location. What issues are you encountering?
But be cautious:
I have Tinder Plus and switched my location to another city and got a good amount of matches. Throughout the day I kept spoofing and swiping, and now my account is basically dead (no matches in hours).
I think frequent GPS changes flags your account

So for a while on Tinder I was swiping right for everyone. I got matches, but not as many as I thought, given the amount of matches I was getting before speed swiping. Deleted profile, created new on exact same, and am getting more matches from selective swiping. So it really must flag you.

Even deleting and re-creating my profile doesn't yield many matches for me now.
Before I deleted, I went through 100s of right-swipes just for the award of a conversation based around the question, "So...what do you do for a living?"
I have a sneaking suspicions that things have gone full circle and that PoF might be more fertile grounds that Tinder now.

I use android and it cross-checks my GPS with mobile and WiFi location so spoofing doesn't work I'm fairly sure.
I haven't gotten around to getting Tinder Plus though
Deathly boring run for almost 2 weeks, stepped away for independence day, came back with lots of matches, not bad looking either. Now we'll see if they actually meet up.
Two questions:
1. Ever re-matched with same girl over months period (because you just stopped messaging her due to no plans)? Has that ever worked for you, as in, this time might be better for whatever reason?
2. The instagram request. I incidentally re-matched (from at least half a year ago) a good looking girl but the post is fishy "We all know what this is for", somewhat suggestive then 3 lines later "sucking dick" is in a list randomly about what she likes to do. Of course, she doesn't check tinder frequently. Is this just an IG whore? It would be worth it if she followed ME back, just because, but I have no idea whether that'll happen.
Any thoughts on these types?

1. I've actually had quite a bit of success rematching girls who fell out of contact. Usually you reopen with, "Oh, YOU again" or something similar--assuming you got to a level where you would remember one another.
2. Not necessarily an IG-whore, but probably not someone you want in your orbit. For a while I had quite a bit of girls on my IG whom I'd met through Tinder/online/etc (only if they followed me back, etc), but I got sick of seeing bullshit in my IG feed, so I used an app to cull out a lot of useless people.
No doubt, if they hit you up again, tawm, obviously they're still interested.
As for (2) is it essentially a lotto ticket? I guess you could just give the girl one more follower, send a DM, then if she's BS you just unfollow, no?
would you guys generally advise against mirror pics? I know its cheesy but i don't really have any other good body pics.
The one thing that always trips me up is when you close for her number but you get sent a facebook link. This has happened to a few times and I'd rather not game over facebook. Has anyone got any suggestions for this? I've nexted every time but wondered if any of you veterans had any suggestions. Should I just game over Facebook and get them out ASAP?
Ugh, too many posts complaining about Tinder. It's probably not that great where you guys are, we get it.
I normally refrain from posting about conquests because it feels like bragging about something which is nothing to even be proud of.
However, I now realise, it's useful to know how, not the bragging part.
I finally signed up for a Tinder account recently. My pictures probably aren't great, but I don't think they're terrible either. My profile was a little lame as well, just saying that I'm English and in Mexico.
I found there are many sexy girls here, Mexican girls posting profiles in English, and tourists here looking for a good time, so a lot of potential.
I got 5 matches, and I have just tried to qualify them from the very first message. (I don't normally think in such gaming terms, but this one has really helped)
The result is most girls laugh straight away, answer my questions and they reply back to me filled with lots of 'hahahas' and 'lols'. I think this is an extremely good sign that I'm making her excited/nervous.
I would post some screenshots, but I don't think its that important what you qualify her with, just that you do it. Make your opening line a funny qualifying question, not some goofy game type shit, she will see right through that. Then from there you can ask more boring, interview style questions and she will still like it. Throw in some more jokes about her answers, so its not completely dry. Get her number and arrange to meet up.
This doesn't throw any goofy clown game into it, so you can keep a dominant frame and she has no idea she's being gamed.
So far its worked to have some conversations with these matches, I made plans to meet up with 4 of them and the 5th one (the hottest one dammit!!) nearly made plans to meetup with me, but when I asked her number she stopped replying... damn.
Two of the girls have flaked although promise to rearrange so it's not gone perfectly
I'm not sure if that's a good return or not, but from reading this thread, it looks like many people match with girls on tinder and then can't even get a conversation going?? So at least it is better than that.
Happy Swiping.

I'd watch out if I were you. ONe of them could easily be on there to get a gringo to come out somewhere so he can get robbed and killed.
I wouldn't feel comfortable swiping in Mexico of all places.

I wouldn't sweat it too much. Girls in mexico are notorious for flaking even if you spit the nicest game. They were always going to flake because many times they have BFs or just bored and never have any interest in meeting up. While i was living in DF, i would always have them meet me in places I would already be going so that I didn't waste too much time: Studying in starbucks, going clothes shopping etc.
I wouldn't push for the number after a planned meet up, it doesn't make a difference. I've met a few chicas who only arranged things via tinder. Like I mentioned before, tinder should only be an accessory. Go out and day game and you'll get way more out of tinder as you won't give a fuck as much and the girls can pick that up.

Haha fear mongering much? Dude certain parts of Mexico look like rodeodrive. As long as you play it smart, you won't run into any problems. I've probably been on at least 30-40 online dates with no problems whatsoever while in Mex. I have them meet me at either my favorite restaurant, the mall or starbucks. Can't go wrong there.

Wanted to let you guys know why you should go for the number ASAP.
A few software update ago I started noticing new messages from girls that went cold on me. There's a little bubble with a number in it next to messages. When I went to look, these messages were during the same time frame when I was talking to them. They got lost and for some reason reappeared months later. Some messages on Tinder fall through the gaps or get lost. This has happened with 20 of my matches.
Go for the number early guys. Have the conversation through text, not on Tinder.
^
I can confirm this happened to me recently for at least 1 match.
I think it has something to do with spotty wi-fi, satellite or app connection ...

I'm in London for the weekend. Why the fuck am I still only being shown white girls?
^^^I was in London earlier this month and stayed in the 'posh' area. You're gonna have to go south if you want non white folk

I was surprised, in that Tinder is worse than I thought, by a long chalk. I deleted my account last week and there is no point going back. My reply rate on PoF was about 20% when I used it. Contrarily my match rate on Tinder collapsed when it was monetised last year.
Quote:Men tend to like a large proportion of the women they view but receive only a tiny fraction of matches in return—just 0.6 percent.
But curiously, the vast proportion of matches came from men, whether for the team’s male or female profiles. “Even though the male:female ratio in our dataset is roughly even, on average, 86% of all the matches our male profiles receive come from other men,” say Tyson and co.
This suggests that homosexual men play an important role on Tinder. “Homosexual men are far more active in liking than heterosexual women,” say the team.

Yes, the first stop on quashing it was to limit swipes. It was obvious to anyone that used it for a while that at the very least you should go fast and swipe right, then decide later.
I often wonder how involved they are in setting the matching algorithm and limiting activity, when they sit and chat in that board room.

I don't see how the homo thing matters for any male who doesn't have (Men/Women) in discovery. Don't they just not see you if you don't enable it?
Plus, it's obvious ... evolutionarily men can't get pregnant and gay men are just the ultimate modern woman = no accountability for sex, and generally other things, so promiscuity reigns

You're in a developing country, you got 5 matches, and you are attempting to hold back your bragging?
Let everyone know when you are getting consistently laid thru tinder with something better than a 6. PS looking forward to your future complaints.

Of course it doesn't matter if a homosexual right swipes a man whose discovery settings are looking for women only. Women are always going to be more choosy than men for the reasons you outline. Heterosexual men matching on average 0.6% of the time says it all.
Market failure.
Tinder is the most modern expression of the laissez-faire, liberated sexual market place and once again, it shows that sexual liberation if for every sexual identity except for the bottom 80% of heterosexual men.
The only heterosexual pairing that has increased in the online dating era is younger men with older women. At the same time speculative female bisexuality has boomed.
Beware fucking trans idenfying themselves as "females". Oh the horror that happens when you just swipe right to all of them.
